Abstract: A computerized web-based system for designing interactive screening and brief interventions targeting risky health behaviors, providing complex content branching sequences based on user inputs, the ability to create readily usable databases from participant responses, the ability to seamlessly incorporate text, audio, images, and video into intervention content, and the dynamic creation of informative graphics based on user response. The surveys are targeted towards individuals who indulge in harmful behaviors such as excessive use of alcohol or drugs. It is used to evaluate and give feedback based on a user's response to a set of questions.
