Abstract: A multipurpose utility rack for a UTV (utility task vehicle) is disclosed. An upper assembly containing a rectangular table portion rigidly connects a first side rail generally parallel to a second side rail. A first side assembly forms a third side rail with one or more brackets that connect the first side assembly to the upper assembly. A second side assembly forms a fourth side rail with one or more brackets that connect the second side assembly to the upper assembly. The first side assembly, the second side assembly, the upper assembly, the third side rail, or the fourth side rail may be formed of plastic.
