Abstract: A system for treating, in liquids, a mass-production parts contained in transport baskets, comprising at least one tank which contains liquid for submerging the transport baskets, at least one transport vehicle for the transport baskets by which the transport baskets can be moved over the at least one tank, at least one basket carrier which is arranged at the transport vehicle in such a way that its height is adjustable, which is able to grip a transport basket, submerge same in the tank, rotatingly drive same around an axis and lift same out of the tank, as well as a clamp for securing the basket carrier relative to the at least one tank.

Abstract: A machine for treating bulk material of industrial volume parts, having a treatment drum which is arranged with a horizontal axis and can be driven in both directions of rotation around the axis, the treatment drum has an open co-axial inlet aperture and an open co-axial discharge aperture, the treatment drum comprises a set of worm-like inner blades which extend at least as far as the discharge aperture and which, in the first direction of rotation of the treatment drum, reposition the bulk material in the drum and, in the second direction of rotation of the treatment drum, convey the bulk material through the discharge aperture.

Abstract: A receiving table for container processing machines having a table top (3) which stands on feet (2) and has transport elements (T) for the containers arranged on it, the table top housing an inclined top plate (3a) and a bottom plate (3b) which is rigidly connected to the former and together with it forms a cavity (4). The top side of the table top (3) is provided with a water-repellant coating to facilitate runoff of liquids and cleaning of the tablet plate, and yields a stable, lightweight and inexpensive construction.

Abstract: A method of carrying out an electro-chemical treatment, especially for electro-chemically coating conducting parts or parts made to be conducting, in a container which is filled with an electrolyte and in which there are arranged two electrodes which are connected to a constant voltage source, has the parts, while being treated in the electrolyte, being continuously re-arranged in the rotating basket. The parts are cathodically switched by a hub of the basket. The electrolytic solution is pumped in a cycle through the container, with the container remaining sealed so as to be gas-tight.

Abstract: A machine for carrying out a process of treating small parts with a liquid treatment medium, especially for coating the small parts or for chemically deburring the small parts, has a closable container which includes a drum to receive the parts. The drum is rotatingly drivable and adjustable between an inclined axis position and a vertical axis position. The process includes filling the drum with small parts and evacuating the closed container.
