Abstract: A milling head, having a rotation axis and which serves for machining a pile head of a pile that includes a pile core, a pile jacket and a metal armouring interposed therebetween, includes a coupling device, connected to a drive shaft of a driving device, a central milling cutter, which includes a plurality of central chisels mounted on a lower side of an inner ring plate, and a ring milling cutter, which includes a plurality of ring chisels mounted on a lower side of an outer ring plate, which central milling cutter and ring milling cutter are connected to each other coaxially aligned with the rotation axis, and which outer ring plate surrounds the inner ring plate separated thereof by a middle circular ring area. The inner ring plate includes at least one transfer opening leading from the lower side to the upper side of the inner ring plate.

Abstract: The milling head which serves for the machining of the head of a pile consisting of a pile core, a pile shaft and a metal reinforcement lying therebetween comprises a coupling device that can be connected to a drive shaft and a plurality of picks that are used to remove concrete. According to the invention a central milling cutter provided with a plurality of central picks and an annular milling cutter provided with a plurality of annular picks are fixedly coupled with each other and arranged coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft. The central picks are arranged within a central circular ring and the annular picks, separated by a middle circular ring, are arranged in an outer circular ring whereby the circular rings lie at least approximately perpendicular to and concentric with the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft.

Abstract: The milling head (1) which serves for the machining of the head (80) of a pile (8) consisting of a pile core (81), a pile shaft (82) and a metal reinforcement lying therebetween comprises a coupling device (13) that can be connected to a drive shaft (2) and a plurality of picks (111, 121) that are used to remove concrete. According to the invention a central milling cutter (11) provided with a plurality of central picks (111) and an annular milling cutter (12) provided with a plurality of annular picks (121) are fixedly coupled with each other and arranged coaxially with the longitudinal axis (x) of the drive shaft (2). The central picks (111) are arranged within a central circle (kr1) and the annular picks (121), separated by a middle circle (kr2), are arranged in an outer circle (kr3), whereby the circles (kr1, kr3) lie at least approximately perpendicular to and concentric with the longitudinal axis (x) of the drive shaft (2).
