  • Publication number: 20050150486
Abstract: The cooking appliance door has an inner door pane made of borosilicate glass and a paint layer applied to a surface on one side of said inner door pane. The paint layer is made by printing high-temperature-resistant non-enamel paint with an organic or inorganic binder on the surface on the inner door pane, preferably by a screen printing technique. In order to prevent the deformation of the printed inner door pane during hardening, the paint layer consists of a plurality of individual paint spots with a predetermined maximal geometric shape. The individual paint spots are arranged in a predetermined pattern with a predetermined paint-free spacing from each other on the inner door pane.

  • Patent number: 4426474
Abstract: Compositions which can be stored under anhydrous conditions but when exposed to moisture crosslink at room temperature to form elastomers, comprising a diorganopolysiloxane having terminal condensable groups, a silicon compound containing at least three hydrolyzable groups per molecule which are bonded to silicon, and an alkylenediamine in which at least one hydrogen atom that is bonded to a nitrogen atom of the alkylenediamine is substituted with a polyalkylene oxide.

  • Patent number: 4230826
Abstract: Compositions which are stable when stored under anhydrous conditions, but when exposed to atmospheric moisture cross-link to form elastomers comprising (1) an organopolysiloxane having terminal condensable groups, (2) a silicon compound having at least 3 Si-bonded hydrolyzable groups per molecule and (3) from 30 to 100 percent by weight, based on the weight of the organopolysiloxane (1), of a powder obtained from the homopolymerization or copolymerization of an acrylonitrile in an aqueous medium.

  • Patent number: 4045602
Abstract: A process for improving the adhesion of an organopolysiloxane elastomer to a substrate which comprises (1) coating the substrate with a copolymer containing (a) 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate and/or 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate and (b) at least one olefinically unsaturated monomer, (2) applying a room temperature vulcanizable organopolysiloxane composition to the coated substrate and thereafter (3) curing the organopolysiloxane composition.
