Abstract: A fluid control valve actuated by a biased diaphragm responsive to fluctuating pressure in the flow area of the valve to control the valve under conditions of high pressure or reduced pressure. A secondary safety diaphragm is provided separated from the controlled fluid, usually a hydrocarbon, to insure that a breach of a primary diaphragm will not permit leakage to atmosphere.

Abstract: A fluid pump having a chamber, a diaphragm cooperating with the chamber and actuated by a solenoid, and inlet and outlet check valves communicating with the chamber. Another valve communicating with the chamber and interposed in the flow path of fluid through the pump between the check valves prevents the flow of fluid from the chamber to the exterior of the pump when the diaphragm is not operating while permitting fluid to be admitted to the chamber on an intake stroke of the diaphragm and to be displaced from the chamber on a discharge stroke of the diaphragm when the diaphragm is operating. An adjustable stop permits the length of the intake and discharge strokes of the diaphragm to be adjusted so that the volume of fluid displaced from the pump per each cycle of the diaphragm may be varied and adjusted within predetermined limits.

Abstract: An in-line pump construction for mounting in a fuel tank or fuel line having line connections at each end of a tubular construction, valves mounted within the tube and a filter retained by a line connector nipple at the inlet end adjacent a valve module, there being a remote control module positionable at a distance from the pump for easy access and replacement.

Abstract: A combination primer and pump for internal combustion engines which utilizes a flexible cylindrical housing having a flexing liner with unidirectional valves at each end. The walls of the cylinder permit manual flexing or squeezing to pump fuel and a pulse connection in the outer housing connects the crankcase pulse of an engine being supplied with fuel to the inner, more flexible, liner to permit pumping action to take place when the engine is running. A pressure pulse passage between the outer and inner liner is positioned to be closed when the device is manually squeezed to achieve the priming function.
