Abstract: A vehicle propulsion platform includes a plurality of anti-gravity clusters arranged in a circular pattern and suitably fixed to a base platform. Each anti-gravity cluster includes a plurality of magnetic gyroscopic elements that are fixed at a selected angle upon a cluster disk of the respective anti-gravity cluster. The anti-gravity cluster is structured so that the cluster disk is controllably rotatable about a rotational axis, wherein gyroscopic procession is employed to induce lifting and maneuvering of the propulsion platform.
