Abstract: Melded footwear and process for manufacture of footwear. This enhanced shoe can be formed and assembled with a limited number of steps and without the need for much stitching. The shoe has a durable polyurethane shell, which is an integrated upper and outsole. The shoe contains a textile upper portion which is attached by direct injection molded. Molding the textile to the outsole eliminates the need for the use of adhesives. A locking plug element is provided that serves the dual function of providing cushioning around the heel and locking certain elements together.

Abstract: A beverage filtering device wherein flavoring solids, such as coffee, tea, or herbs, are infused or brewed with fluids and then a finished beverage is filtered from the flavoring solids using a system of nested cups. The nested cups are pressed together during filtration to create a compact form that can serve as a beverage cup or beverage serving device.

Abstract: A buckle assembly having a male buckle member and a female buckle member. The male buckle member contains an engaging means for engagement with the female portion and a male strap receiving means for coupling to a first strap. The female buckle member contains a receiving volume for engaging with the male buckle section and a female strap receiving means positioned on the bottom or top of the receiving volume and substantially along its open engaging end so that when the male and female buckle members are engaged and locked the female strap receiving means substantially abuts an interface section of the male buckle member causing the first and second strap to be in close proximity.

Also provided is a connection region for securing the connector to an article. Male and female components are radially disposed equidistant around the center point of the base plate and the connection region is disposed circumferentially around the male and female components. The connectors are engaged by rotating each connector such that the male and female components of each connector interlock with each other.

Abstract: A protective sleeve includes primarily a sleeve which contains an emplacement space for installing an MP3 (digital audio player) and is formed integrally. A back plate at an opening end at a top of the sleeve is extended upward to form an extension piece which is provided with a through-hole, and an enhancement rib is located at a bottom side of the extension piece and is extended downward to a position below the sleeve. A slot hole is located at a bottom surface of the sleeve, a transparent and concaved window area is located at a top plate of the sleeve, and a hollow part is located at a bottom of the window area. Accordingly, the sleeve can achieve a function of protection, and is provided with effects of a stronger structure and better practicability.

Abstract: The present invention is an article of clothing, such as a glove, formed with a flexible, moldable material section forming one or more of the portions of the article of clothing. The moldable sections utilized in constructing the article of clothing are formed in a molding process which allows for the formation of the sections in a desired shape and/or with various function-enhancing members integrally on the moldable portions. In addition, the molding process for forming the moldable sections can be used to bond the moldable sections to the other non-moldable sections used in the construction of the article of clothing.
