  • Patent number: 7849622
Abstract: A clip has an inner convolution, an outer convolution, a connecting element, a stem and a label. The inner convolution generally includes a first leg and a second leg. The inner convolution legs have a distal end and a proximal end and the legs are connected at their proximal ends. The outer convolution generally includes a first leg and a second leg. The outer convolution legs have a distal end and a proximal end and the legs are connected at their proximal ends. The connecting element generally connects the inner convolution to the outer convolution such that the inner and outer convolutions are disposed in a substantially common plane, with the inner convolution within the outer convolution, and such that the connected proximal end of the inner convolution legs may be flexibly moved transversely or away from the connected proximal end of the outer convolution legs.

  • Lid
    Publication number: 20090236409
Abstract: Novel lids and containers are disclosed. The lids generally include a seam fault sealing structure, and are thus generally adapted to be sealingly mounted on a cup having a vertical seam. The container includes a cup having a vertical seam and a lid having a seam fault sealing structure.

  • Publication number: 20090146450
Abstract: A tonneau cover deployable into a lumber-type rack includes a cover that when mounted on a pick-up truck bed is generally adapted to slide back from a first position where the cover secures the pick-up truck bed to a second position where the front portion of the pick-up truck bed is uncovered and from said second position the cover is deployable into a third position where it may function as a lumber type rack.

  • Publication number: 20080182675
Abstract: The present invention is generally directed to novel methods for playing billiards, pool and the like. The methods generally include associating a first player with a first timer set to a first value of time and a second player with a second timer set to a second value of time. The players generally take turns according to the rules of a game of pool or billiards while having the time in the first timer expire during said first player's inning or set of innings and the time in the second timer expire during said second player's inning or set of innings. The game generally ends whenever (a) a player's timer completely expires or (b) a player succeeds in achieving the object of the game before said player's timer completely expires. The winner is generally the player having time remaining while said player's opponent's time has completely expired or the player who achieved the object of the game before said player's time completely expired.
