Abstract: A system for peer-to-peer (P2P) transport accommodation including an application server configured to communicate with at least two user mobile location based service applications, the application server configured to provide user access for administration, registration, edit and settings, view and retrieval of transactional records, a user mobile land based service application that runs on a user mobile device and configured to communicate with the application serve and enable the at least two users to communicate directly with one another, wherein the user mobile land based service application is further configured to register a user and allow a user to login in a service provider mode, service requester mode or both, service provider and service requester modes.
