  • Patent number: 11972779
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing individualized meeting content to participants in online meetings. Participant preferences may be summarized and displayed for speakers to see and attempt to follow, thus increasing the likelihood that meetings will progress according to the preferences of their attendees. Participants may also have their individual meeting feeds tailored to their preferences, if those preferences can be met in real time, during the meeting. Participants may further receive individual recordings of the meetings afterward, for those preferences that cannot be met in real time. In this manner, meeting participants may experience personalized versions of meetings, tailored to their particular preferences. This may improve participant interest in, and engagement with, online meetings.

  • Patent number: 11875141
Abstract: The system and method for training a neural machine translation (NMT) model is disclosed wherein training data in terms of source statements and equivalent targets statements may be received. The source statements and equivalent targets statements may be encoded using source and target vocabulary respectively. A source-target map containing relation between tokens is created. The source statements and equivalent target statements is split into multiple fragments using fragments generator based on the source-target map. Such generated multiple fragments are used to train NMT model. Whenever the trained NMT model receives a source codes as input, the source codes are transformed to target codes.

  • Publication number: 20210406732
Abstract: A method and system for forecasting resource utilization of an information technology system having a plurality of system components. The method includes classifying the plurality of system components based on at least one resource utilization metric. The method also includes determining at least one reference component in each class from among the components classified within the respective class. The method also includes building a representative machine learning model for each reference component in each class. The method also includes applying the representative machine learning model to all system components within the respective class. Applying the representative machine learning model to all system components within the respective class forecasts the resource utilization of all system components in the information technology system without building a machine learning model for each system component in the information technology system.

  • Publication number: 20140100915
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining sales estimates and budget parameters associated with a release of a product. According to certain aspects, an electronic device identifies (505) a total available market (TAM) for a product over specified time periods. The electronic device selects (515) various component-related features of the product and compares (520) the features to those of competing products and, based on the comparison, calculates (540) an overall product factor for the product. In aspects, the electronic device compares the overall product factor to the TAM to calculate (545) a share of available market (SAM) for the product over the time periods. In embodiments, the processing module can determine budget parameters associated with a release of the product based on a target SAM for the product over the time periods.

  • Patent number: 8379027
Abstract: A system to compare a reference image of a text character, word or phrase with another image of the character, word or phrase that was rendered by a text rendering engine. Differences between the reference image and the rendered image may be recorded for subsequent analysis. Performance of a text rendering engine producing text according to typographical rules applicable to a natural language can be evaluated by one with no knowledge or ability to read the natural language.

  • Patent number: 7653024
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for allocating channels in at least one of a multi-user and a multi-service environment for transmitting real-time traffic data in a wireless packet data network is provided. The method comprises determining a desired transmission rate for a first mobile station to allocate a unique frequency channel from a plurality of frequency channels to an individual user of a plurality of users. The method further comprises mapping a data stream associated with the individual user to the unique frequency channel based on the desired transmission rate for the first mobile station. A transmitter may allocate channels for transmitting real-time traffic data in a wireless communication system.

  • Patent number: 7640180
Abstract: A method for demand planning includes determining a demand value representing a demand quantity of an end product that a manufacturer is to produce. Production of the demand quantity of the end product includes production of a quantity of an intermediate product using a raw material. The intermediate product is to be further processed to produce the end product. The method also includes determining an additional quantity value representing an additional quantity of the intermediate product that the manufacturer can produce in addition to the quantity of the intermediate product used to produce the end product. At least one of the demand value and the additional quantity value is based at least partially on an exchange balance associated with at least one of the raw material, the intermediate product, and the end product. The method further includes making the additional quantity value for the intermediate product available for use in generating additional demand for the intermediate product.
