The first polymer is a hydrophilic thermoplastic polymer comprising 65% (w/w) to 90% (w/w), inclusive, hydrophilic segments. The second polymer is a hydrophobic thermoplastic elastomer. The first spunmelt fiber comprises 20% (w/w) to 80% (w/w), inclusive, of the first polymer.
