Abstract: Disclosed is a technique for passively monitoring the number of guests in a rental property. Mobile device broadcasts intended for connecting the device to a wireless network contain information about that device. This information includes unique identifiers such as MAC addresses. Detecting these broadcasts and filtering out those devices that are expected enables a property owner to have a semi-accurate number of guests within their property without actually being at the property, or visibly observing the guests in an obtrusive fashion. Guests are able to enjoy themselves in privacy and the property owner is able to monitor the safety of their property.

Abstract: Methods and systems for classifying and editing insurance claims records are described. In one embodiment, a method, which can be performed by a processor, includes receiving an insurance claim record having a plurality of medical service codes, retrieving a first of a plurality of edit tables from a database, determining whether one of the plurality of medical service codes in the record matches one of a plurality of core identifier values stored in the first of the plurality of edit tables, retrieving a second of the plurality of edit tables from the database, determining whether a number of the plurality of medical service codes in the record match a plurality of confirmation values stored in the second of the plurality of edit tables, and editing the insurance claim record by including a genetic panel test medical service code in the insurance claim record.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing message-enabled advertisements and content delivery, including SMS-enabled advertisements and content delivery. In accordance with one implementation, a method comprises providing, using at least one processor, instructions to display an advertisement together with a user interface on a first device, the user interface including a text entry field. The method also includes receiving a request for sending a message with advertised content to a second device associated with a phone number entered through the text entry field. Further, the method includes providing, using the at least one processor, instructions to send a message to the second device, the instructions including the advertised content and the phone number associated with the second device. In accordance with the present disclosure, at least one of the first device or the second device is a mobile device.
