Abstract: A portable ashtray apparatus includes a main body having an open top, and a cavernous interior space for housing a removable container. The apparatus also includes a funnel cap secured to both the main body and the removable container in order to receive spent cigarettes and other like items and direct the same into the container for disposal. The apparatus also includes a solution for extinguishing embers and emanating aromatically friendly scents.

Abstract: The “Flag Butler” signal/flag improves the communication between waiters/servers or attendants and the customers. The waiters/servers or attendants will not have to continually ask if each person needs assistance, which takes up time and sometimes becomes a nuisance to the customers. The waiters/servers or attendants can spend more time getting orders done efficiently. The signal/flag is easily visible in contrasting colors to its environment.
