  • Publication number: 20190236911
Abstract: A blackjack competitive event is implemented between two playing card positions. A set of playing cards is used including 49 to 56 playing cards, wherein at least one 10 value-card is specifically marked with an indicator that the 10 value-card may have a value of 0 or 10 points. Two random playing cards are dealt to a player position and a dealer position. The player position and dealer position take additional random playing cards from the unique set of playing cards, counting specifically marked 10 value-cards as either 0 or 10, and electing to cease taking additional random playing cards when a total player position point count of 21 or lower is achieved. Winning is determined on the basis of which of i) the dealer position hand point count total and ii) the player position hand point count total being closest to a count of 21 without exceeding 21.

  • Publication number: 20180276938
Abstract: A process of executing a keno-type wagering event wherein a processor recognizes. Provides two adjacent regions for display of two distinct distributional arrays. A first distributional array has 80 selectable alphanumerics in columns and rows, and a second distributional array has eight columns of 10 frames each forming four distinct pairs of linear arrays of frames for collecting ball drop outcomes. The processor recognizes degrees or numbers of correspondence along linear relationships between lines or columns in the first and second distributional arrays.

  • Patent number: 9697691
Abstract: A game play on an electronically based system utilizes symbol collection outcomes along paylines to determine winning events in a virtual game. Even when the symbols used in the virtual game comprise or consist of playing cards displaying conventional ranks, suits and symbols, winning outcomes are determined only by accumulation of sets of symbols, without regard to linear order (straights and straight flushes) and random symbols within a suit (flushes). Accumulated symbols in an at least five symbols display game event as pairs, trips (three-of-a-kind), two pairs, full houses (three of one symbol plus two of a different symbol), four-of-a-kind and five-of-a-kind are determined to be winning events, while a flush, straight and even straight flushes may be or are required to be ignored. Optional and even preferred additional events are used in a draw poker variant (with playing card symbols or non-playing card symbols are used in an accumulated symbol gaming event).

  • Publication number: 20160175699
Abstract: A roulette gaming system and method has: A) a random outcome generator capable of providing an outcome in a single round of play; B) the random outcome generator configured to determine a single outcome from 73, 74, 75 or 76 potential outcomes consisting of at least one set of 36 numbers, the at least one set having different numbers from 1 to 36 providing an initial, non-color determining outcome, the outcome generator enabling one or two additional potential outcomes to those provided by the one set; C) a second random outcome provider which randomly determines one of two approximately 50/50 outcomes, and each of the two 50/50 outcomes determines a single color outcome from two different color outcomes; D) a wager defining system in which available wager positions are visually provided; and E) a marking component able to identify a player wager on one or more available wager positions.

  • Publication number: 20150045102
Abstract: A method of playing a side bet wagering game on a gaming system comprising a video display system, a processor and a data entry input system at a defined location. Separate wagers are placed on an underlying keno game or bingo game and a separate roulette game using alphanumerics selected in the keno game to resolve roulette wagers. A Keno game with 40 (plus two additional alphanumerics) or 80 alphanumerics (with 2 or four additional alphanumerics, such as 0, 00, X, XX) may be used. The processor randomly selects at least 10 or 20 alphanumerics to resolve the 40 keno wager. A predetermined one of the at least 10 or alphanumerics is used to resolve the roulette game.

  • Patent number: 8777718
Abstract: A method of playing a wagering game on an electronic gaming system provides: i) an image of a virtual playing card having frames within m columns and n rows wherein each of m and n are at least 3; ii) providing a random distribution of individual numbers within the frames, the individual numbers selected from within a complete defined set of numbers; iii) recognizing a wager; iv) selecting a second set of numbers smaller than the complete defined set; v) identifying on the monitor selected numbers matching individual random numbers within the frames; vi) identifying when consecutive frames have at least p matched individual random numbers within frames in a column, row or diagonal; vii) resolving the at least wager such that a) when matched individual random numbers do or do not form at least p adjacent frames.

The processor recognizing a wager, enabling player input at the specific player position. The processor executes code to display a grid of at least 50, preferably at least 80 frames for display of a unique symbol within each frame of the grid. The processor compares recognized at least three symbols at the specific player position with at least 10 symbols selected by the processor. The processor displays a first arrangement of unique symbols within each frame prior to recognizing selection at the specific player position, and B) the processor displays a second arrangement of the same unique symbols after recognizing selection at the specific player position, the first arrangement of symbols being different from the second arrangement of symbols with respect to distribution of symbols among the frames.
