  • Patent number: 12700500
Abstract: A system for managing a plurality of medical devices includes a stream processor for receiving medical data from a plurality of medical devices and for generating metadata and storing the medical data and the metadata for each of the devices. The system further includes data storage for storing the medical data and the metadata. The system further includes a communications interface for implementing at least one communications protocol for providing access to the medical data and the metadata. The system further includes an application for accessing the medical data and the metadata via the communications interface and generating, based on the medical data and the metadata, output indicative of operating status of the medical devices.

  • Publication number: 20260202246
Abstract: Methods and devices for advanced spectroscopy are described herein. In one aspect, a method for determining levels of a biomarker of a user by a mobile device can include: generating a first light having a first wavelength; collecting emission signals resulting from the first light interacting with the user; measuring emission counts of the emission signals over a period of time; causing to be determined at least one of (i) a level of the biomarker of the user and (ii) a change in the levels of the biomarker of the user over the period of time based on the measured emission counts; and generating a notification indicative of the at least one of (i) a level of the biomarker of the user and (ii) a change in the levels of the biomarker of the user.

  • Publication number: 20260102089
Abstract: A system for collecting skin tone data for a subject uses a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) directing a range of light wavelengths onto skin. A corresponding set of photodiodes (PDs) capture spectral data for a corresponding range of wavelengths from reflected light from the skin. A computer with a processor connects to computer memory storing software that when executed performs a computer implemented method comprising steps of extracting features from the spectral data with a signal processing component of the software and applying the features from the spectral data to a machine learning model that identifies physiology data and color tone data for the skin.

  • Patent number: 11169001
Abstract: A method is provided for monitoring relative positions of two objects sharing a common joint during motion between the two objects. An electromagnet is positioned on a first object and a magnetic sensor is positioned on a second object. The electromagnet's power or polarity is cycled during a monitoring session in accordance with a periodic schedule of alternating power-on/power-off periods or alternating-polarity periods, respectively. The magnetic sensor's output during one or more of the power-off periods or the alternating-polarity periods is used to remove environmental magnetic interference to dynamically determine the distance between the electromagnet and the magnetic sensor where the determined distance and the north pole orientation of the electromagnet are indicative of relative positions of the first object and the second object.
