A financial service provider may configure a credit card account to be shared by two or more cardholders. The credit card provided to each particular cardholder is embossed with identifying information unique to that individual. The financial service provider reviews purchase transactions associated with the credit card account, and determines the transactions associated with each particular cardholder on the shared account based on the embossed information. Targeted marketing is generated and provided to the particular cardholder based on the purchase transaction information specific to that cardholder.
