A control device at the top includes a push up counter, a timer, and/or an audio signaling device. The support device includes adjustable arms which adjust the relative height between the top and the base. Hand supports extend from opposite sides of the support device. In one embodiment, the hand supports are removably mounted from the support device.

Abstract: An adjustable batting tee comprising: a base with a lower planar support surface; an outer tube extending from the base, wherein the outer tube includes a hollow core; an inner tube, wherein the inner tube is disposed within the hollow core of the outer tube; and a locking mechanism which locks inner tube relative to the outer tube at one of at least two discrete positions relative to the floor, ground and/or home plate so as to present a ball supporting distal end of the inner tube at one of the discrete heights from the floor, ground and/or home plate. The locking mechanism includes a projection, at least two circularly shaped grooves, and a longitudinal groove in communication with the at least two circularly shaped grooves. A visual indicator is provided to indicate to the user the discrete heights.

Abstract: A curl-up device includes a base; and a counter arrangement. The base defines a foot placement indicator, a first start position indicator, and optionally a second start position indicator. The counter arrangement includes a button disposed between the foot placement indicator and the start position indicators. The counter arrangement also includes an electronic counter that tracks depression of the button. In use, a user touches the button while performing a curl-up to track the number of curl-ups performed.

Abstract: An aerobic step includes a body having a middle exercise area and four sides. A maximum height of the body is positioned in the middle exercise area. The middle exercise area has a domed shape and curves downwardly to the four sides. The four sides define two longitudinal sides and two transverse sides. The middle exercise area includes a layer of material co-molded with and supported by a main body portion which promotes gripping and non-slippage. The layer of material includes a pattern of grooves. Two handles are defined along a lower portion of the body in the form of cutouts. An edge material is co-molded with and positioned on the lower edge of the body for contacting the ground. The body has a convex upper surface, and a concave lower surface which promotes stacking for storage, or for adding additional height by nesting two or more steps together.
