Abstract: The present invention relates to a bracket, system and method for interconnecting furniture parts. The bracket for interconnecting two furniture parts comprises a base and a wall element projecting from the base and for facing and interconnection with a similar second bracket arranged on a second furniture part. The wall element and the base define a channel configured to receive and interconnect with at least one wall element of the second bracket, the bracket further comprising a stop within the channel arranged at a central longitudinal position of the bracket for interacting with a similar stop on the second bracket.

Abstract: A simple and versatile mounting bracket for mounting e.g. legs on a piece of furniture is provided. The multifunctional mounting bracket facilitates a switch between two states, e.g. a switch between using a table as a dining table and using the table as a coffee table, or a switch between a “table” position and a “stack-up” position without the use of tools.
