Abstract: The invention provides methods and compositions for treating cancer (e.g., NSCLC) in a patient, for example, by administering a treatment regimen that includes a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (e.g., atezolizumab) or an NK cell-directed therapy agent to the patient. Also provided are compositions (e.g., a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (e.g., atezolizumab) or an NK cell-directed therapy agent, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, kits thereof, and articles of manufacture thereof) for use in treating cancer (e.g., NSCLC) in a patient. Also provided are methods for identifying a cancer (e.g., NSCLC) patient who may benefit from treatment with a treatment regimen that includes a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (e.g., atezolizumab) or an NK cell-directed therapy agent. Also provided are methods for selecting a therapy for a cancer patient.

Abstract: A dental hygiene device which comprises first and second spaced fixed elements, a third element interconnected with both said first and second elements to define an opening between said first and second elements within which a dental structure to be flossed is receivable, an elongated cleaning element usable in a flossing operation with first and second longitudinal ends, a first member by which said cleaning element is held and selectively directable from said first element to said second element, and a second member associated with said second element by which said cleaning element is detachably secured. The dental hygiene device is preferably operated by one hand only. In addition, the user can clean the entire mouth using one dental hygiene device.

Abstract: A flossing device having two times. An advancing mechanism advances an end of a piece of floss from the end of one tine to the end of the other tine so that a segment of the floss spans the inter-tine space. In use, an inter-dental space is placed in the inter-tine space and a segment of floss is advanced from one tine through the inter-dental space to the second tine. The end of the floss segment is locked to the second tine; and the floss is vibrated so as to floss the inter-dental space.
