    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for classifying ovarian tumors into BRCA1-type, BRCA2-type or non-BRCA-type tumor types by measuring expression levels of a plurality of disclosed ovarian tumor markers. The markers disclosed herein are useful in the diagnosis, staging, detection, and/or treatment of ovarian cancer. Also provided are methods of selecting a treatment regimen by selecting the tumor type.
