  • Patent number: 12267317
Abstract: Web browser control by configuring a web browser to send to a second computer server, in response to a request by a user of the web browser to access a resource at a first computer server, an authentication token and the request to access the resource, where the second computer server is configured to determine whether the authentication token is valid, and if the authentication token is valid, whether the request to access the resource is authorized, and send to the first computer server, if the request to access the resource is authorized, the request to access the resource, and where the request sent by the second computer server is sent via an intermediary configured to block attempts to access the first computer server that are received from a sender network address that is not a predefined valid network address of the second computer server.

  • Patent number: 12235922
Abstract: Deleting web browser data by maintaining a set of Uniform Resource Locators (URL) hostnames, where a URL hostname is added to the set of hostnames responsive to the URL being accessed by a web browser and responsive to determining that predefined grouping conditions that define a logical group is met by the URL, and deleting one or more types of data maintained by the web browser in association with URLs associated with the hostnames in the set of hostnames, where the deleting is performed in accordance with a predefined deletion policy that specifies the types of data that are to be deleted and predefined deletion conditions, and where the deleting is performed responsive to determining that the predefined deletion conditions are met and determining that the web browser is not currently accessing any URL associated with the hostnames in the set of hostnames.

  • Patent number: 7797566
Abstract: A method for load sharing and high availability in a cluster of computers. The cluster includes a first computer and a second computer which perform a task An active application runs in the first computer and a standby application is installed in the second computer. The active application and the standby application are included in an application group. A first plurality of applications is installed in the first computer; the first plurality includes the running active application. The active application performs the task and stores in memory of the first computer state parameters and a policy. A synchronized copy of the state parameters and the policy pertaining to the task is maintained by storing in memory of the second computer. Preferably, the cluster is in a security gateway between data networks and performs a task related to security of one or more of the networks.

  • Publication number: 20050027221
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to compression devices and, more particularly to a method using air flow to close the exhaust valve in each sleeve, allows air to fill the sleeve to a pretuned pressure, and finally deflating the sleeve by letting the air flow through the outlet valve. This creates a pressure gradient and a pneumatic cycle means that facilitates the massaging movement on the limb towards direction of the heart. The magnetic force in valves is uniquely adapted for controlling low-pressure compression. A magnetically adjustable valve is adapted for use in a compression device to control and regulate low to very low pressures and comprising of a movable magnetic part and a metal part, defining an air gap there between.
