Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are presented that provide for assessing technology-related business project maturity across various change platforms, otherwise referred to as change types. Embodiments of the invention herein disclosed take into account both qualitative and quantitative analysis of practices within each business practice to result in a current state assessment of the project's maturity level. In this regard, embodiments of the invention leverage both industry best practices and internal (i.e., business/enterprise) as a means of assessing project maturity. Additionally opportunities for improving maturity and/or driving project efficiency are identified and exemplary practices may also be identified.
