  • Publication number: 20190080889
Abstract: Implementations disclosed herein generally relate to systems and methods of protecting a substrate support in a process chamber from cleaning fluid during a cleaning process. The method of cleaning the process chamber includes positioning in the process chamber a cover substrate above a substrate support and a process kit that separates a purge volume from a process volume. The method of cleaning includes flowing a purge gas in the purge volume to protect the substrate support and flowing a cleaning fluid to a process volume above the cover substrate, flowing the cleaning fluid in the process volume to an outer flow path, and to an exhaust outlet in the chamber body. The purge volume is maintained at a positive pressure with respect to the process volume to block the cleaning fluid from the purge volume.

  • Patent number: 10231047
Abstract: A headphone detector including a headphone and a processor. The headphone has a microphone and a speaker, and the microphone is configured to generate an audio signal based on an output of the speaker. The processor is configured to receive the audio signal, determine a characteristic of the audio signal, and assess whether the headphone is on ear or off ear based on a comparison of the characteristic to a threshold. The threshold corresponds to one or more of an audio response of the audio signal at a corresponding frequency and an audio response of a feedback microphone signal at a corresponding frequency, under one or more known conditions.

  • Patent number: 10227847
Abstract: A reservoir simulator system models the effect of proppant damage on reservoir production through calculation of a fracture closure stress versus fracture permeability relationship, which is mathematically transformed into a pore pressure versus fracture permeability relationship. Based upon the pore pressure relationship, the system models reservoir production while taking into account the permeability reduction in the fractures brought about due to proppant damage.

  • Publication number: 20190069152
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to surveillance, and more particularly to perform entry and exit monitoring of a user. In an embodiment, the system identifies an entry event (during which a user enters a room being surveilled) and/or an exit event (during which a user leaves a room being surveilled), based on a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) based system. This system uses two receivers one positioned outside and the other positioned inside the room being surveilled, to receive BLE beacon transmitted by a user who is in motion. Based on relative change in Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) values of this beacon with respect to the first and second receivers, the system identifies direction of movement of the user, and in turn, determines one of the entry or exit events.

  • Publication number: 20190058743
Abstract: A multi-media online conversation in which automatic actions associated with executable components, such as recording and broadcasting, are performed by adding a visualized representation of the action into the online conversation. The action appears as a visualization in a portion of the user interface that includes both individuals that may be joined into a conference as well as one or more executable components. The action associated within an executable component may thus be efficiently performed in a consistent manner with how individuals are added into an online conversation, thereby taking advantage of muscle memory of the participant.

  • Publication number: 20190050033
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to methods, systems and apparatus for dynamic temperature aware functional safety. The disclosed embodiments provide adaptive techniques to track extended dynamic temperature range of a System-on-Chip (SOC) and automatically tune critical IP components of the SOC so that system can operate reliably even at high temperatures. The disclosed embodiments relax the overdesign of the SOC components by reusing existing components such as a ring oscillator to determine temperature at different regions of the SOC. In one embodiment, the disclosed principles use a Calibrated Ring Oscillator (CRO) temperature sensors. The CRO-based temperature sensors provide fast temperature measurement suitable for detecting dynamic temperature ranges and temperature rate of change. The CROs are existing on the SOC and do not require addition of additional sensors.

  • Patent number: 10204128
Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting expiration time of an article include receiving the article for a pre-planned event. The article is analyzed to identify one or more attributes. The article is matched to an event identifier using the article attributes. The event identifier is pre-defined and stored in an event database. The event identifier acts as an index to the event database for obtaining event characteristics of the pre-planned event. The article attributes are examined to identify event phase indicators that correlate to a specific event phase of the pre-planned event. The expiration time of the article is computed based on the specific event phase identified for the pre-planned event. The expiration time is used to rank the article and for considering assigning the article to a content pool of articles that is selected for publishing for the specific event phase of the pre-planned event.
