  • Patent number: 10753468
Abstract: Auxiliary transmission actuation mechanism 200 in a power transmission unit of a vehicle includes a transmission actuating gear 202, a gear driven bush 204, a gear actuating means 206, a shift fork 208, a shift rail 210, a clutch control valve actuating arm 212, a rail shifting means 214. The transmission actuating gear 202 is used to drive at least one of an even shaft and an odd shaft which in turn drives an output shaft through gears thereby propelling the vehicle when at least one of a dual clutch unit and a hydraulic system of vehicle is not functioning. The clutch control valve actuating arm 212 is adapted to engage a movable member of a clutch control valve assembly 100V thereby actuating clutch control valve 100V to de-actuate the dual clutch unit.

  • Publication number: 20190160268
Abstract: An apparatus includes a dilation catheter and a guide catheter. The dilation catheter includes an expandable dilator that is configured to transition between a non-expanded state and an expanded state. The guide catheter includes a hollow shaft and a malleable portion. The hollow shaft and the malleable portion together define a lumen in which the dilation catheter is slidably disposed. The malleable portion is configured to selectively bend relative to the hollow shaft from a first angular configuration to a second angular configuration. The malleable portion is configured to be coaxial with the longitudinal axis in the first angular configuration. The malleable portion is configured to define an angle that is oblique or perpendicular with the longitudinal axis in the second angular configuration. The malleable portion rigid enough to maintain a selected bend angle relative to the hollow shaft while inserted within a nasal cavity.

  • Publication number: 20180214217
Abstract: An apparatus includes a cannula and a grip portion. The cannula includes a first lumen extending from a proximal end to a distal end of the cannula. The grip portion is secured to the proximal end of the cannula. The grip portion includes a second lumen, a transversely oriented vent port, a suction port, and a guidewire port. The second lumen is in communication with the first lumen. The transversely oriented vent port is configured to communicate with the second lumen to thereby vent the second lumen to atmosphere. The suction port is configured to communicate with the second lumen to thereby communicate suction to the distal end of the cannula via the first lumen. The guidewire port is configured to receive a guidewire. The guidewire port is further configured to communicate with the second lumen to thereby provide a path for the guidewire to reach the first lumen.
