    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices that relate to adaptive selection of communication infrastructure are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes performing or receiving measurements of a serving cell and one or more neighboring cells based on a configuration from a base station. The method also includes comparing a first measurement result associated with a first channel condition of the serving cell and a second measurement result associated with a second channel condition of the one or more neighboring cells and adjusting an interval of time between two searches for an access network according to the comparing of the first measurement result and the second measurement result.

The implants may be made from fibers and meshes of poly(butylene succinate) and copolymers thereof, or by 3d printing molding, pultrusion or other melt or solvent processing method. The implants, or the fibers preset therein, may be oriented. These coverings and receptacles may be used to hold, or partially/fully cover, devices such as pacemakers and neurostimulators. The coverings, receptacles and implants described herein, may be made from meshes, webs, lattices, non-wovens, films, fibers, foams, molded, pultruded, machined and 3D printed forms.

    Abstract: System and method for generating time series forecasts based on probabilistic data are disclosed. A processor receives a request to identify at least one feature of a dataset that is most closely correlated to a single feature specified in the received request. The dataset includes the probabilistic data of the time series. The processor identifies a set of original features within the dataset and derives a degree of dependency between a single specified feature and each original feature by using a temporally first portion of the dataset. After deriving a degree of dependency between all the features including the single specified feature and each engineered feature of the set of original features, the processor identifies an original feature or an engineered feature with the highest degree of dependency as the at least one feature of the dataset that is most closely dependent to the single specified feature.

Each sensitive frequency point on the model sensitivity map is targeted. An adversarial technique is employed to generate spectral adversarial images based on the model sensitivity map and an image amplitude spectrum is augmented. The generated spectral adversarial images are mixed with the original source domain data to finetune the machine learning model and deployment of the finetuned machine learning model is facilitated.

The server distributes a first stream that includes a plurality of frames. The server receives a request for a user interface (UI) from a client. In response to receiving the request, the server generates a second stream by locating an encoder to encode the plurality of frames into the second stream based on the first stream, instructing the encoder to accelerate encoding of the plurality of frames and facilitating blending of the UI into the second stream with the plurality of frames. The server then switches the client from the first stream to the second stream.

The server can determine an overall user experience score based on the lowest of the three scores. The server can cause the overall user experience score to be displayed in a first graphical user interface (“GUI”). A second GUI can allow an administrator to reconfigure scoring metrics for the user experience scores by moving elements on a sliding bar that changes thresholds.
