  • Publication number: 20200021911
Abstract: The invention provides a computer system for interacting with a user. A set of concepts initially forms a target set of concepts. An input module receives a language input from the user. An analysis system executes a plurality of narrowing cycles until a concept packet having at least one concept has been identified. Each narrowing cycle includes identifying at least one portion of the language and determining a subset of concepts from the target set of concepts to form a new target subset. An action item identifier identifies an action item from the action items based on the concept packet. An action executer that executes an action based on the action item that has been identified.

  • Patent number: 9606900
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for intelligent automation of computer software test scripts and code requirements. A server automatically scans code files to identify changes made to the code files. The server selects test automation script files that are related to the changed code files. The server parses each selected script file to determine whether the script file includes changes that correspond to the changes made to the related code files. If the script file includes the corresponding changes, the server determine whether a current version of the script file is located on each of one or more test servers and installs the current version of the script file on each test server that does not have the current version. If the script file does not include the corresponding changes, the server transmits a message to a remote computing device to indicate that the script file requires the corresponding changes.

  • Publication number: 20160371629
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving a list of items in a purchase order and accessing inventories of items available at each location. The functioning of the computer is improved by reducing the number of combinations of locations and items that must be considered to find a combination of locations and items that provides a lowest total fulfillment cost through steps that begin with identifying all combinations of the items in the list of items. For each combination, a location that can ship that combination at a lowest fulfillment cost is identified. A fulfillment superset is selected that is formed from one or more combinations, provides all of the items in the list of items and has a lowest total fulfillment cost.

  • Publication number: 20130091063
Abstract: According to some aspects, a method of creating and negotiating a voucher is provided. The method comprises receiving from a first user an identification of an offer and criteria for terms of a voucher associated with the offer, presenting to a second user an identification of the offer, receiving from the second user a first proposal for terms of the voucher, and sending a response to the second user based on a comparison of the first proposal with the criteria for terms of the voucher. When the first proposal meets the criteria for terms of the voucher, the response comprises an indication that the first proposal is accepted, otherwise the response comprises a second proposal. Some aspects include a system for performing the above method and some aspects include a computer readable medium storing instructions that perform the above method when executed by at least one processor.
