  • Patent number: 11906815
Abstract: A mount for spectacles includes a front frame having a pair of structures for holding lenses, which are connected by a central bridge extending in a nasal support zone, each lens-holding structure has an upper element for holding the lens, surrounding a part of the lens profile at the top, between the central bridge and a corresponding opposite lateral tenon intended to be connected to a lateral arm so as to articulate about an axis of articulation. The upper element is integral to the bridge and to the corresponding lateral tenon, and a lower element for supporting the lens, which extends so as to surround the remaining part of the lens profile at the bottom between the bridge and the corresponding lateral tenon, the lower element having a first end connected to the front frame at the central bridge and a second, opposite end constrained to the lateral tenon.

  • Patent number: 11906819
Abstract: A frame for spectacles includes a front mount with respective lateral lugs provided for articulation of respective arms producing an articulated connection of each arm to the front mount. Each lug includes a hinge pin extending between a pair of surfaces of the lug axially opposite each other in a hinge axis direction. Each arm includes a first arm portion extending as a second arm portion with a lesser longitudinal extent with respect to the first arm portion. The second arm portion is bent on the first portion in a position facing it, the pin is interposed between the first arm portion and second arm portion in order to produce a hinge connection. The second arm portion having a convex portion directed towards the first arm portion, which at least partially surrounds the pin so that relative positioning is maintained between the arm and pin during rotation of the arm.

  • Publication number: 20230029397
Abstract: A device for mutually fixing component parts of a frame for spectacles includes a first fixing element which is connectable by a sliding coupling inside a second fixing element and locking means, active between the first and second fixing elements, transversely to the coupling direction. The first fixing element includes at least a first seat which slidingly receives a respective first magnet, the second fixing element includes a second magnet and a second seat. The second seat configured to receive, with reduced connection play, a portion of the first magnet when it is moved, with partial extraction from the first seat, by the magnetic attraction force between the first and second magnets produced by mutual positioning of the first and second magnets with opposite magnetic polarities so that the first magnet, by engaging the first seat and the second seat, prevents relative movement between the first and second fixing elements.

  • Patent number: 10901235
Abstract: A frame for spectacles includes a frontal framework with lateral lugs for articulation of arms and means of articulation between each lug and the corresponding arm. The articulation means include a flexible member, structurally independent of the lug and the arm, the flexible member being held on the arm and coupled rotatably, the end of each arm, facing the corresponding lug, shaped in such a manner that the arm, in its movement about the hinge pin, is flexibly constrained towards preselected angular positions relative to the frontal framework. The frame also includes a respective distance element interposed between each arm and the corresponding flexible member, and said distance element is mounted on the arm in an adjustable manner in order to impose, at the level of said distance member, a preselected distance between the arm and the flexible member, and to regulate a flexible pre-load exerted on the flexible member.

  • Patent number: 9989782
Abstract: A frame for spectacles includes a front frame with lateral projections for articulation of respective temple arms and articulation means between each projection and the corresponding temple projection for articulated connection of the temple projection to the front frame. The articulation means includes a resiliently yielding element independent of the projection and the temple arm. The element having a first extremity attached to the temple arm and a second opposite extremity engaged with predetermined play in an opening passing through the projection. The opening distanced from the free edge of the projection facing the temple arm such that the portion of the projection extending between the edge and the opening remains held between the resilient element and the temple arm in order to perform a hinge movement between the projection and the temple arm through relative movement of the second extremity of the resilient element in the opening.
