  • Patent number: 12231378
Abstract: A first version of a chatbot using natural language processing conducts conversations with a plurality of users. The chatbot provides responses by triggering a plurality of skills including a fallback skill that is triggered when no other skill corresponds to the intent of the user. A second version of the chatbot is deployed while the first version of the chatbot is concurrently engaged in a set of conversation sessions. The second version of the chatbot is configured to trigger other skills besides the fallback skill for at least a portion of the conversations in which the first version of the chatbot triggered the fallback skill. New conversation sessions are mapped to the second version of the chatbot while the set of conversation sessions the first version of the chatbot is engaged in are still mapped to the first version of the chatbot.

  • Patent number: 12091945
Abstract: A screen assembly includes a base pipe, plurality of joints including a filter layer disposed around the base pipe, a drainage layer between the filter layer and the base pipe, and a drainage layer connector positioned between adjacent joints. The base pipe include base pipe connectors aligned with the drainage layer connectors. A flow path exists from an outer annulus between an open hole and the filter layer of the joints, into the filter layer and the drainage layer, across the drainage layer in a downhole direction, across an annulus between the drainage layer connector and the base pipe, into a portion of the drainage layer corresponding to a bottom-most joint, and into an interior of the base pipe via an open flow area at the bottom-most joint for returning to surface.

  • Publication number: 20240271509
Abstract: A technique facilitates the inflow of desired fluids into a downhole well completion while restricting the inflow of undesirable fluids. The technique utilizes at least one autonomous inflow control device which is placed along a well completion to control inflow of fluid from an exterior to an interior of the well completion. The autonomous inflow control device utilizes a plurality of shiftable elements which automatically shift in their relative positions based on the density of fluid in the autonomous inflow control device. This automatic shifting causes the alignment or misalignment of flow openings so as to allow free flow of a desired fluid through the autonomous inflow control device and into the interior of the completion while automatically restricting flow of an undesirable fluid.

  • Patent number: 12045519
Abstract: In an example, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium encoded with instructions that, when executed by a processor of a computing device, may cause the processor to transmit an email message addressed to an email address associated with an image forming apparatus. Example email message may include content to be printed. Further, instructions may cause the processor to receive a confirmation email message from an email print server in response to the transmission of the email message. Example confirmation email message may include a status update mechanism. Furthermore, instructions may cause the processor to execute the status update mechanism. Example status update mechanism may fetch a print job status indicating a progress of printing the content from the email print server and display the fetched print job status in the confirmation email message.

  • Publication number: 20240229611
Abstract: A screen assembly for use within a wellbore. The screen assembly may include a primary screen filter and a base pipe. The base pipe may be positioned within the primary screen filter such that an annular space is formed between the primary screen filter and the base pipe. The base pipe may include a plurality of secondary screen filters positioned along an axial length of the base pipe such that particulates from an inflowing fluid stream from the wellbore create a sand bridge in the annular space if the primary screen filter becomes damaged.

  • Patent number: 11512575
Abstract: A technique facilitates the production of well fluid. According to an embodiment, an inflow assembly may be deployed downhole with, for example, completion equipment used in the production of well fluid. The inflow assembly comprises a first inflow control device and a second inflow control device disposed in series along a flow path routed between an exterior and an interior of the inflow assembly. As well fluid flows into an interior of the inflow assembly along the flow path, the first inflow control device and the second inflow control device perform different tasks with respect to controlling fluid flow. The different tasks may be selected to, for example, facilitate production of well fluid while protecting the completion equipment.

  • Patent number: 11371325
Abstract: A technique facilitates improved control over inflowing fluids with respect to, for example, a screen assembly or screen assemblies of a tubing string deployed in a wellbore. The improved control may be provided by at least one inflow control device comprising a housing defining a chamber having a first end and a second end through which fluid may flow. Additionally, the inflow control device comprises at least one inlet passage disposed at the first end and having a contour which provides a desired effect on the inflowing fluid according to the type of fluid, e.g. according to the viscosity of the fluid. The contour may comprise an expanding cross-sectional area, e.g. a cone or other expanding shape. In some embodiments, the entrance of the inlet passage may have a rounded edge to, for example, create an initially decreasing and then increasing cross-sectional area along the inlet passage.

  • Publication number: 20210002987
Abstract: A technique facilitates gravel packing along a borehole. According to an embodiment, a shunt system is positioned along a sand screen system. The shunt system comprises a plurality of transport tubes and a plurality of packing tubes. A manifold is coupled to the plurality of transport tubes and to the plurality of packing tubes at a corresponding sand screen joint of the sand screen system. The manifold serves to separate a portion of the gravel slurry flowing through the plurality of transport tubes and to direct the portion into the corresponding packing tubes. Additionally, a commingler is positioned along the plurality of transport tubes at a location separate from the manifold. The commingler has an internal chamber where gravel slurry is received from uphole transport tube sections and is commingled before flowing into downhole transport tube sections.
