Abstract: The method involves moving an apparatus with a sampling unit in an animal enclosure to collect air samples while monitoring environmental parameters and using navigation techniques to avoid obstacles. An apparatus is provided that interacts with animals, collects direct samples, and can be in the form of a robot. The robotic system successfully collects aerosol samples, interacts with animals without disruption, and detects viable biological particles on its surfaces. It moves slowly, preventing harm to animals and maintaining study integrity. The robot is remotely controlled, adaptable to different environments, and has a compact size, programmable drivetrain, and extended battery life. Iterative design improvements based on scientist feedback refined the robot's performance, including maneuverability, size, speed, and battery life, ensuring valuable data collection for scientific research.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically generating and sharing a customizable travel itinerary. The method includes the steps of selecting and adding digital media content related to a trip by a user; extracting metadata from the digital media; fetching details of the trip including places from an external data provider; generating a preliminary travel itinerary and presenting it to the user, wherein the user can add additional information, such as transportation and travel duration; generating the customizable travel itinerary which can be used by other users, wherein the customizable travel itinerary can be modified according to the requirements of the users, such as a change in date and places.

The computer-implemented method includes facilitating an application to run on a first user device of a first traveler and a second user device of a second traveler. In addition, embodiments of the invention provide for presentation of the performance metrics in a readily comprehendible graphical format that facilitates understanding by the user and provides a useful starting point for investment discussion between collaborating entities.
