    Abstract: An athletic garment includes a body-fitting portion and a skirt draped over the body-fitting portion. The skirt includes an attached portion fixedly attached to the body-fitting portion, and a dual-position panel forming a detachably connected portion of the skirt. The dual-position panel is repositionable by a wearer between a first position and a second position. The garment also includes a concealable decoration layer fixedly attached to the body-fitting portion, such that the dual-position panel detachably connected in the first position overlays and substantially conceals the concealable decoration layer. The concealable decoration layer overlays at least a portion of the dual-position panel in the second position.
