  • Patent number: 9609975
Abstract: A cooking device and method heats a removable vessel with heaters of a cooking capsule, which includes a separator wall between the heaters and vessel. The heaters mount to the separator wall. The capsule is fixed in a housing, which also mounts a motor that rotates the vessel. The housing tiltably mounts on a base. Accessories can be fixed to the vessel or a lid secured to the housing, so the accessories can rotate with the vessel or remain stationary with respect to the vessel as it rotates. A locking mechanism that secures the lid to the housing prevents lid detachment when the vessel counter-rotates and an accessory is fixed to the lid. A heat sink wall reflects heat toward the vessel and fins draw heat from the heat sink wall away from the housing and out vent holes. Computer hardware and software control power to the motor and heaters.

  • Publication number: 20160299781
Abstract: Optimizing a priority queue for a computer network. In an embodiment, instructions are executed by a server computer, which cause the server computer to maintain the priority queue with a plurality of queue entries, wherein the priority queue includes a first queue entry and a second queue entry, and a first score is associated with the first queue entry, and a second score is associated with the second queue entry; receive, from a first client computer, input indicating performance of a first activity associated with the first queue entry; receive, from a second client computer, input indicating performance of a second activity associated with the second queue entry; update, at the server computer, the first score by the first amount and the second score by a second amount; change, at the server computer, the position of the first queue entry and the second queue entry in the priority queue.

  • Patent number: 9433337
Abstract: A device, comprising a float, basin, and basin cover, is removably attached to interior rungs of a dishwasher via clip-hooks, and stabilized with a tongue arm, design features of the clip-hooks, and the cooperating portions of the basin or cover. The float rises to a completed water cycle ‘clean’ position as basin fills with water. The basin may block view of the float when in a ‘dirty’ position. The float provides visual indication of a completed water cycle, and therefore ‘clean’ dishes, after rising as a result of water introduced into the basin via holes in the cover. Water that was introduced into the device automatically leaves the chamber via one, or more, discharge holes/openings in the basin, while the float remains in the ‘clean’ position because of one or more retainers; e.g., magnetic force from one or more magnets. Retainers can generated and communicate position status to a smartphone.

  • Publication number: 20150100372
Abstract: A system and method to prioritize leads for a pool of representatives is presented herein. Leads have corresponding lead profiles stored or referenced in a lead queue system. Each lead profile includes data that indicates how likely the corresponding lead is to purchase a good or service, or to take an offer. The lead queue system orders lead profiles, such that the highest lead profile corresponds to the lead that is estimated to be the most likely to purchase a good or service, or to take an offer. A lead profile may be updated automatically based, at least in part, on the actions of the corresponding lead. Additionally or alternatively, a lead profile may be updated manually by a representative, manager, or someone other than the corresponding lead. In response, the lead queue system updates the order of the lead profiles.
