By means of optimizing the proportions of carbon, silicon, manganese and aluminum, and replacing Si in traditional TRIP steel with a part of the Al, the effects of inhibiting carbide precipitation and stabilizing residual austenite can be achieved so as to ensure the mechanical properties of the TRIP steel, and the surface quality and plateability of the steel sheet can also be improved.
