    Abstract: A training method based on an improved protograph neural decoder includes the following steps. A to-be-trained decoding network is constructed based on an initial variable sub-network layer, an initial check sub-network layer and a preset shuffled belief-propagation (BP) sub-network layer. The initial variable sub-network layer, the initial check sub-network layer and the preset shuffled BP sub-network layer are updated and trained by calculating log-likelihood ratio (LLR) based on a preset mean square error loss function and a preset decoder objective function to obtain a target protograph neural decoder. The preset mean square error loss function is configured to calculate a loss value between output information of the check sub-network layer and the preset shuffled BP sub-network layer. The target protograph neural decoder includes an optimized variable sub-network layer, an optimized check sub-network layer and an optimized shuffled BP sub-network layer. A training device is also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention is based on the discovery of a proteolysis targeting compound having tissue targeting capability and use thereof, relating to medicinal products, and to such a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stereoisomer, a solvate, or a polymorph. The compound is a proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) with specific tissue targeting ability. The compound structure comprises three parts, i.e., A-BD-CON, wherein the part A is a PROTAC, one end of the structure thereof is a target protein ‘binding ligand, and the other end is a ubiquitin ligase ligand; and the part CON is a ligand of an asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR), enabling the specific tissue targeting function. The compound enriches in liver tissue and is able to target cells in the tissue. The invention achieves improved druggability of the PROTAC with higher solubility and cellular membrane permeability, therefore produces enhanced pharmaceutical effect on the specific target tissue.

In some embodiments, the primary signals may be modulated using quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) and multiplexed using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) and the spread-spectrum modulated signals may be chirp spread spectrum (CSS) modulated signals modulated using Gaussian frequency shift keying (GFSK).

    Abstract: A method for preparing ternary positive material in a lithium battery includes mixing nickel salt, cobalt salt, and manganese salt to form a mixed solution. A precipitant and a complexing agent are added into the mixed solution, thereby adjusting a pH value to a range of 10.5 to 12 and obtaining a precursor A. The precursor A and lithium salt are ground by a ball mill to obtain a precursor B, precursor B then being sintered in an air or oxygen atmosphere. The sintering includes heating at a first heating speed of 5 to 15° C./min to a first temperature of 400 to 800° C. and being held at such temperature for 1 to 6 h, and heating at a second heating speed of 1 to 10° C./min to a second temperature of 900 to 980° C. and being held there for 8 to 10 h.

The BAW filter structure of the present disclosure can achieve batch production with low cost, high efficiency and high yield.
