    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of assembly of a battery pack, and particularly, to a battery pack. The battery pack includes a housing. A plurality of cells is arranged in interior of the housing. A structural adhesive is filled between a bottom of the housing and the plurality of cells, and the plurality of cells is adhered to the housing through the structural adhesive. In the battery pack provided in the present disclosure, the cells are arranged in the interior of the housing, and the housing is adhered to the cells through the structural adhesive. The structural adhesive can functions as fixing the cells, such that a frame structure of a module can be omitted, the number of components in the battery pack can be reduced, manufacture process can be reduced, assembling efficiency can be improved, and manufacturing cost can be reduced.

    Abstract: A MgO layer is formed using a process flow wherein a Mg layer is deposited at a temperature <200° C. on a substrate, and then an anneal between 200° C. and 900° C., and preferably from 200° C. and 400° C., is performed so that a Mg vapor pressure >10?6 Torr is reached and a substantial portion of the Mg layer sublimes and leaves a Mg monolayer. After an oxidation between ?223° C. and 900° C., a MgO monolayer is produced where the Mg:O ratio is exactly 1:1 thereby avoiding underoxidized or overoxidized states associated with film defects. The process flow may be repeated one or more times to yield a desired thickness and resistance×area value when the MgO is a tunnel barrier or Hk enhancing layer. Moreover, a doping element (M) may be added during Mg deposition to modify the conductivity and band structure in the resulting MgMO layer.

The SOC then sets the calibration line to a second digital state to place the calibration circuitry in a calibration mode. While the calibration circuitry is in the calibration mode, the SOC determines a calibration amount of time to charge the capacitor to the voltage substantially equal to the threshold voltage. The SOC determines a resistance of the identification resistor based on the inventory amount of time and the calibration amount of time. The SOC also determines bit strapping information corresponding to the determined resistance.

    Abstract: Laser ablation processing method for debris-free and efficient removal of materials comprises the step of using a refrigeration device to condense the water vapor and form a thin frost layer on the materials at temperatures below the freezing point. The residual debris produced during the ablation process deposits on the frost layer that covers the material, which is easily removed when the frost layer melts. At the same time, the frost layer in the laser irradiation area melts to a liquid layer, which can effectively reduce the deposition of debris on the inner wall of the groove and thus improve the efficiency and quality of laser ablation. The method is applicable to debris-free laser processing on an arbitrary curved surface.

The method for optimal control is based on time-precipitates-temperature characteristics of Al—Mg—Si series aluminum alloy, and includes first determining types of precipitates of machined materials, and establishing a Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner (LSW) model of each precipitate. A temperature range is determined corresponding to each precipitate according to the LSW model to obtain a comprehensive temperature range. A relation model is established between cutting parameters and a cutting temperature according to the LSW model. Finally the cutting parameters are optimized according to the comprehensive temperature range and the relation model, so that the cutting temperature is beyond the comprehensive temperature range to inhibit the generation of the precipitates.
