    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a perovskite film layer, a device and a preparation method for effectively improving the efficiency of perovskite optoelectronics. The perovskite film layer consists of a layer with discontinuous, irregularly distributed perovskite crystal grains and an organic insulating layer with a low refractive index embedded between the perovskite crystal grains. The perovskite crystal grains form a plurality of convex portions, and the organic insulating layer forms a plurality of concave portions between the convex portions. By adding an excess of an alkylammonium salt and/or an organic molecule with a specific functional group to perovskite precursor solution, a concave-convex film layer structure is spontaneously formed, and an upper charge transport layer and an electrode form pleated concave-convex structures.

    Abstract: This disclosure involves training generative adversarial networks to shot-match two unmatched images in a context-sensitive manner. For example, aspects of the present disclosure include accessing a trained generative adversarial network including a trained generator model and a trained discriminator model. A source image and a reference image may be inputted into the generator model to generate a modified source image. The modified source image and the reference image may be inputted into the discriminator model to determine a likelihood that the modified source image is color-matched with the reference image. The modified source image may be outputted as a shot-match with the reference image in response to determining, using the discriminator model, that the modified source image and the reference image are color-matched.

A first layer is formed in the first trenches. Second trenches are formed in the initial fins. The second trenches expose the substrate, the sacrificial material layer is formed into a sacrificial fin layer, the first material layer is formed into fins, and the fins are located on the sacrificial fin layer. The sacrificial fin layer is removed to form first fin openings between the substrate and the fins. An isolation structure is formed on the substrate and in the first fin openings.

Dynamically assigning the search head and search nodes in this manner may provide many benefits, including improved load balancing and resource utilization.

    Abstract: A protein transduction method for efficiently delivery of exogenous proteins into mammalian cells is invented, which has the capability of targeting different cellular compartments and protection from degradation of the delivered proteins from cellular proteases. A composition for treat proteins has cation reagents, lipids and enhancers in a carrier. The method can be used in a number of ways including: production of large quantities of properly folded, post-translationally modified proteins using mammalian cell machinery a in-cell fluorescence spectroscopy and imaging using small molecule fluorophores and a in-cell NMR spectroscopy using living mammalian cells. The method permits cell biology at atomic resolution that is physiologically and pathological relevant and permits protein therapy to treat human diseases. The method can also be used to deliver exogenous protein inside mammalian cells, wherein the exogenous proteins follow a similar secretion pathway as that of the endogenous protein.

The method according to the present invention can be used to construct an amplicon library in a simple and rapid manner, and since a barcode is introduced before the start of PCR, the possibility of cross-contamination between the sample and the library is greatly reduced.
