    Abstract: An array substrate including a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix is provided. Each pixel unit at least includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel that emit light of different colors, the first sub-pixel has a lower luminous efficiency than the second and third sub-pixels. The array substrate further comprises a plurality of first gate lines and a plurality of second gate lines that correspond to respective rows of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units. The first sub-pixel in each row of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units is coupled to a first gate line of the plurality of first gate lines, and the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel in the row of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units are both coupled to a second gate line of the plurality of second gate lines.

    Abstract: A formation method of a filter device includes: forming a first layer by providing a first substrate and forming a resonance device preprocessing layer with a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, wherein the first substrate is located on the first side; forming a second layer by providing a second substrate and forming a first passive device with a third side and a fourth side opposite to the third side, wherein the second substrate is located on the third side; connecting the first layer located on the fourth side and the second layer located on the second side; removing the first substrate; and forming at least one first resonance device based on the resonance device preprocessing layer. The resonance device and the passive device are integrated in one die to form a filter device, which requires less space in an RF front-end chip.

    Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to modified serine proteinase inhibitors with an enhanced affinity to components of the extracellular matrix, including glycosaminoglycans. The modified serine proteinase inhibitors maintain their original structure and bioactivity while simultaneously exhibiting a higher positive charge density at their glycosaminoglycan-binding surface. Furthermore, the ECM-binding affinity can be tuned by systematically increasing the number of cationic amino acid residues and/or decreasing the number of anionic amino acid residues at the glycosaminoglycan-binding surface. Also disclosed are vectors for producing the modified serine proteinase inhibitors and pharmaceutical conditions incorporating the modified serine proteinase inhibitors.

A transfer transistor is coupled to one of a pair of the PDAF photodiodes of the active row. In some embodiments, etching the hard mask layer through the patterned middle layer includes a dry-etching process that has a first removal rate of the hard mask layer and a second removal rate of the middle layer, and a ratio of the first removal rate of the hard mask layer to the second removal rate of the middle layer is greater than 5.

    Abstract: This invention presents a solar light collecting and guiding system for stabilizing the output light intensity, wherein the system comprising an array of converging lenses and optical fibers for collecting light focused by converging lenses. The system is equipped with a sunlight tracking positioning device for synchronized motion, wherein the device is applied to tracking the sun light ray vertical incident into the central converging lens. The system has the function of outputting stable light intensity, that is, it can effectively reduce the variation of the collecting efficiency caused by the positioning deviation between the incident angle of sunlight and the designed input angle.
