Abstract: Provided herein are block copolymers comprising a hydrophilic polymer segment and a hydrophobic polymer segment, wherein the hydrophilic polymer segment comprises a polymer selected from the group consisting of: poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), poly(methacrylate phosphatidyl choline) (MPC), and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), wherein the hydrophobic polymer segment comprises wherein R? is —H or —CH3, wherein R is —NR1R2, wherein R1 and R2 are alkyl groups, wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different, wherein R1 and R2 together have from 5 to 16 carbons, wherein R1 and R2 may optionally join to form a ring, wherein n is 1 to about 10, and wherein x is about 20 to about 200 in total. Abstract: A system and method for stealth dicing a semiconductor wafer. The method may include implanting dopant ions to a first depth in the semiconductor wafer through a back side of the semiconductor wafer. The method may further include focusing a laser beam at an inside portion of the wafer through the back surface of the wafer to form a modified layer in material of the semiconductor wafer proximate the first depth. The method may also include fracturing the semiconductor wafer along boundaries defined by the modified layer.

Abstract: A switched-mode power supply includes an input, an output, and a transformer including primary and secondary windings. The power supply also includes a synchronous rectifier coupled to selectively conduct current through the secondary winding of the transformer. The synchronous rectifier includes a source, a gate and a drain terminal. The power supply further includes a controller having a supply voltage terminal and a gate terminal to supply a control signal to the gate of the synchronous rectifier, and a circuit coupled between the supply voltage terminal of the controller and at least one of the gate terminal of the controller and the drain terminal of the synchronous rectifier to supply power from the gate terminal of the controller or the drain terminal of the synchronous rectifier to the supply voltage terminal of the controller. Methods of supplying power in switched-mode power supplies are also disclosed.

Abstract: A shift register unit includes an input circuit, a first control circuit, a second control circuit, a third control circuit, a first output circuit, and a second output circuit. The first and second output circuits selectively transfer a first reference voltage from a first reference voltage terminal and a third reference voltage from a third reference voltage terminal to an output terminal of the shift register unit. This allows the shift register unit to output a desired output signal in an easy manner.

Abstract: A semiconductor device package structure includes a substrate. The substrate has a circuit structure formed in a die region. The die region is defined by a plurality of scribe lines configured on the substrate. A seal ring is disposed in the substrate and located at a periphery region of the die region, and surrounds at least a portion of the circuit structure. A trench ring is disposed in the substrate between the seal ring and the scribe lines. A packaging passivation cap layer covers over the circuit structure and the seal ring, and covers at least the trench ring.

Abstract: A method for decolorization and deodorization of egg yolk oil comprises at least: adding a first ether solution to a crude egg yolk oil, and performing a first stirring process, to produce a first egg yolk oil mixture; adding activated carbon to the first egg yolk oil mixture, performing a second stirring process, and removing the activated carbon, to produce a second egg yolk oil mixture; adding a second ether solution and distilled water to the second egg yolk oil mixture, and performing a third stirring process, to produce a third egg yolk oil mixture; and removing distilled water, part of the first ether solution, and part of the second ether solution from the third egg yolk oil mixture by a distillation process, and removing the remaining first ether solution and the remaining second ether solution by a vacuum process to produce a decolorized and deodorized egg yolk oil.

Abstract: A package structure includes a first die, a second die, a bonding die, a gap fill structure and conductive vias. The bonding die includes a bonding dielectric layer and bonding pads. The bonding dielectric layer is bonded to a first dielectric layer of the first die and a second dielectric layer of the second die. The bonding pads are embedded in the bonding dielectric layer and electrically bonded to a first conductive pad of the first die and a second conductive pad of the second die. The gap fill structure is disposed on the first die and the second die, and laterally surrounds the bonding die. The conductive vias penetrates through the gap fill structure to electrically connect to the first die and the second die.

Abstract: A video coding mechanism is disclosed. The mechanism includes receiving a bitstream comprising a plurality of coded sequences of point cloud coding (PCC) frames, wherein the plurality of coded sequences of PCC frames represent a plurality of PCC attributes including geometry, texture, and one or more of reflectance, transparency, and normal. Each coded PCC frame is represented by one or more PCC network abstraction layer (NAL) units. The mechanism also includes parsing the bitstream to obtain an indication for each of the PCC NAL units that indicates whether each of the PCC NAL units belongs to a corresponding one of the PCC attributes, and to which of the PCC attributes the PCC NAL unit belongs when the PCC NAL unit belongs to the corresponding PCC attribute. The mechanism also includes decoding the bitstream based on the indications.

Abstract: A water-based process was developed for the synthesis of aminated lignin copolymers with high MW, thermal stability and solubility in water over a wide range of p H values. The cationic lignin copolymer described herein comprises: a grafting ratio of (weight of cationic amine compound)/(weight of lignin) of 70 to 200% and a charge density of +1.4-3.0 meq/g. This cationic lignin copolymer can be used as a flocculant in numerous wastewater streams including municipal and industrial systems and sludge dewatering in the pulp & paper, mining and oil industries.

Abstract: An adjuster includes a power transfer circuit, a negative feedback circuit, a constant current source circuit and a control circuit. Two inputs of an error amplifier in the negative feedback circuit receive a reference voltage and a feedback voltage corresponding to an output signal of the adjuster respectively, and the error amplifier is configured to output a first voltage signal when the feedback voltage is less than the reference voltage, and output a second voltage signal when the feedback voltage is greater than the reference voltage, during the starting process of the adjuster. The control circuit is configured to control the negative feedback circuit to be turned off and the constant current source circuit to be turned on, and control the constant current source circuit to be turned off and the negative circuit to be turned on according to the second voltage signal.

An implementation includes: acquiring an image to be processed; converting the image to be processed into a three-channel YUV image; performing a convolution operation on a Y-channel image, a U-channel image and a V-channel image in the three-channel YUV image to generate an R-channel image, a G-channel image and a B-channel image, respectively, and acquiring a three-channel RGB image; and pre-processing the three-channel RGB image. According to the present application, the image pre-processing speed can be improved.

Abstract: This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a voltage-to-time converter and method for reducing parasitic capacitance and power supply influences. The voltage-to-time converter includes: a main sampling network, a compensation sampling network, a discharge network and an over-threshold detection unit. The influence of a traditional VTC parasitic capacitance on a VTC output swing amplitude is reduced by using the compensation sampling network. A sampling common-mode level of the compensation sampling network is compensated, such that the influence of the low-frequency disturbance of a power supply voltage on a threshold of a traditional VTC threshold detection circuit is reduced. The output swing amplitude of the voltage-to-time converter of the present disclosure can reduce the influence of a parasitic capacitance. A voltage common-mode level of a VTC input end is related to a power supply voltage, which reduces a conversion error caused by the influence of the power supply voltage on a threshold.
