    Abstract: Providing template-based configuration for backup and restore applications in public clouds is described. A system identifies a deployment of an instance of a backup and restore application in a public cloud, and retrieves a configuration template, generated for the backup and restore application, from within the public cloud. The system retrieves restricted access data, which is excluded from the configuration template, from a secret manager service provided by a cloud provider associated with the public cloud. The system configures the instance of the backup and restore application based on the configuration template, generated for the backup and restore application, and the restricted access data, thereby initiating execution of the configured instance of the backup and restore application to back up a workload.

The system determines an overall sentiment score for a conversation based on the utterance sentiment scores. The system transmits, to one or more client devices, the overall sentiment score for the conversation.

    Abstract: A geological structure characterization method based on a seismic velocity signal and a seismic acceleration signal is provided. The seismic acceleration signal and the seismic velocity signal are acquired and normalized. Constant-phase wavelet and minimum-phase wavelet extraction or mixed-phase wavelet extraction is performed. In the constant-phase wavelet and minimum-phase wavelet extraction, a first minimum-phase wavelet is extracted based on the seismic velocity signal, and a constant-phase wavelet is extracted based on the seismic acceleration signal, and converted to a second minimum-phase wavelet. A residual between the first minimum-phase wavelet and the second minimum-phase wavelet is calculated. If the residual is greater than a preset threshold, the constant-phase wavelet extraction is performed again, otherwise, the first minimum-phase wavelet and the constant-phase wavelet are output.

    Abstract: The invention relates to precision measurement technology, specifically a high-sensitivity three-dimensional topography recovery method using dual-channel differentiation. Enhancing a traditional microscopic imaging system, a beam splitter is added between the objective lens and tube lens. This creates an additional light path equipped with a tube lens and camera identical to the original but with a slightly different distance to the camera. During axial scanning of the object, focusing evaluation function curves for each pixel are calculated from images captured by both cameras. The curves from the two cameras show more significant changes near the optimal focusing depth, improving system sensitivity. This method enhances sensitivity by hardware-fixed differentiation of the focusing evaluation function, while maintaining high scanning efficiency and flexible configuration.

    Abstract: Various compositions of a material resistant to etching when exposed to halogen plasma are disclosed. The compositions include silicon and a dopant, with silicon having a purity of at least 6N (i.e., including impurities other than silicon and the dopant of less than 1 ppm-mass), and the dopant having a purity of at least 4N (i.e., including impurities of less than 100 ppm-mass). The dopant can be selected from a group consisting of boron, gallium, phosphorous, arsenic, and antimony, Specific concentrations for each dopant are disclosed. At these concentrations, the material exhibits a relatively low etch rate when exposed to halogen plasma. Additionally, at these concentrations, no precipitates of the dopant are formed during crystal growth. Components of substrate processing chambers manufactured from the material exhibit relatively high resistivity to etching when exposed to halogen plasma in the substrate processing chambers.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for semiconductor processing preclean includes removing an oxide layer from a substrate using anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in combination with water vapor. A system for the preclean may be configured to separate the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and the water vapor until they are delivered to a common volume near the substrate. Corrosion within components of the system may be limited by purification of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, passivation of components, changing component materials, and heating components. Passivation may be achieved by filling a gas delivery component with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and allowing the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to remain in the gas delivery component to form a passivation layer. Consistent water vapor delivery may be achieved in part by heating components using heaters.
