    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a switching valve which includes a valve body provided with a water inlet channel, a first water outlet, and a second water outlet, wherein the valve body is internally provided with a first water outlet chamber and a second water outlet chamber; a driving component having a plug end, wherein the driving component is slidably connected between the first water outlet chamber and the second water outlet chamber; a reset component configured to control the driving component to return to a position where the plug end contacts the end portion of the side wall of the second water outlet chamber, such that the valve body is automatically switched from the second water outlet state to the first water outlet state. After the use of the second water outlet state, the driving rod is controlled to automatically return to the first water outlet state.

    Abstract: A reference noise cancellation device for a transient electromagnetic field is provided. The device includes a transmitter, a transmitting loop, a reference coil, a signal coil and a receiver. The transmitter generates a measurement timing sequence to trigger the receiver to synchronously record the induction signal in the signal coil and the electromagnetic noise in the reference coil. A bipolar current waveform is generated and is injected into the transmitting loop through the first connecting line. The signal coil receives an induced magnetic field of an underground conductor and surrounding magnetic field noise. The reference coil receives surrounding electromagnetic noise. The receiver receives and records the induced magnetic field and surrounding electromagnetic noise of the underground conductor in the signal coil and the surrounding electromagnetic noise in the reference coil.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of molecular biology technology, and specifically relates to the use thereof of the disease resistance gene PPARalpha and its encoded protein in half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis). The present invention provides the application of PPARalpha gene and protein in making products for preventing and treating fish bacterial diseases. The overexpression of PPARalpha gene significantly improves the anti-infection ability of half-smooth tongue sole, reduces the mortality after bacterial infection. In addition, it improves the oxidative stress level of fish and the ability to metabolize toxic substances, regulates apoptosis and energy metabolism pathways in the immune process. Therefore, the products containing PPARalpha gene can be used to prevent and treat bacterial diseases in fish and reduce economic losses caused by pathogenic bacterial infections in aquaculture.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for characterizing connate water salinity and resistivity of a subsurface formation. Well log data including resistivity and spontaneous potential (SP) log data are measured by at least one downhole tool disposed within a borehole. The resistivity and SP log data are inverted to determine a resistivity model and an SP model, which are used to determine connate water resistivity. The connate water resistivity is used to determine connate water salinity. The connate water salinity derived from the inversion of resistivity log data and SP log data (or derived from a trained ML system supplied with such log data) can be used as a baseline measure of connate water salinity, and this baseline measure can be evaluated together with the connate water salinity estimates derived from pulsed neutron tool measurements over time-lapsed periods of production to monitor variation in connate water salinity due to production.
