Abstract: The present application provides a screen method for intaglio printing, comprising: dividing multiple classes of regions according to a brightness range; and generating screen dots with various screen patterns for the grouped classes of regions. The present application also provides a screen device for intaglio printing, comprising: a dividing module configured to group multiple classes of regions according to the brightness range; and a generating module configured to generate screen dots with various screen patterns for the grouped classes of regions. Since multiple kinds of screen patterns are applied in the technical solutions in present application, the problem, i.e., water ripple will occur in the prior art, may be addressed, so as to improve the quality of printing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pedal adjusting structure, and a stepping training device with the pedal adjusting structure. The pedal adjusting structure includes a body for fixing the foot pedals adjusting structure on the stepping training device, a pedal, an adjusting structure connected between the body and the pedal. Via the adjusting structure, the relative angle and/or the relative height between the pedal and the body can be adjusted. Thus, the gait pattern induced in the stepping training device can mimic the normal gait pattern.

A static memory cell may include a first pass gate transistor including a first back gate node and a second pass gate transistor including a second back gate node. The static memory cell may include a first pull down transistor including a third back gate node and a second pull down transistor including a fourth back gate node. The source node of the first pull down transistor, source node of the second pull down transistor, and first, second, third, and fourth back gate nodes are electrically coupled to each other to form a common node.

Abstract: A network management system for the management of remote networks located behind a firewall. A managed device establishes a connection with the firewall. The managed device then generates and transmits a data packet to the firewall. The firewall then redirects the data packet to a controller server. Based on the information contained in the data packet, the controller server will verify the authenticity of the managed device. Based on the outcome of the verification process, the controller server will then carry out the necessary actions.

Abstract: A guide tube for microsurgical instruments has a linear tube having a hollow formed in the length direction thereof, a curved tube mounted to the front end of the linear tube and having unit bodies connected to allow bending, an elastic body for giving an elastic force so that a gap between the unit bodies increases, and a tension control unit mounted to the rear end of the linear tube to bend the curved tube by controlling tensions of a plurality of wires extending from the curved tube, wherein the tension control unit controls the tensions of the wires in a state where the curved tube is curved so that the rigidity of the curved tube increases to support a surgical instrument located in the linear tube and the curved tube.

Abstract: A kiosk apparatus that may select for a person a recommended footcare product based on pressure measurements collected from pressures sensors or calculated biomechanical data estimates. Pressure measurements and calculated biomechanical data estimates may be used to determine if a foot is unshod on the pressure sensor and also group a person into a classified subgroup. The pressure measurement and calculated biomechanical data estimates may also be used to select a recommended footcare product.

Abstract: Novel organic compounds comprising a boron-nitrogen heterocycle are provided. In particular, the compound contains an azaborine. The compounds may be used in organic light emitting devices to provide devices having improved photophysical and electronic properties.

Abstract: Densest subgraphs of a graph are determined. The graph includes vertices and edges interconnecting the vertices. Each edge connects two of the vertices and has a weight. The vertices and the edges form subgraphs from which the densest subgraphs are determined as those subgraphs having densities greater than a threshold. Clusters at levels of a hierarchy are determined based on the densest subgraphs. Each cluster includes a set of the vertices and a set of the edges of the graph. Each level corresponds to a different density of the clusters. The hierarchy is ordered from a most-dense level of the clusters to a least-dense level of the clusters.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a dual-workfunction FinFET structure includes depositing a first workfunction material in a layer in a plurality of trenches of the FinFET structure, depositing a low-resistance material layer over the first workfunction material layer, and etching the low-resistance material layer and the first workfunction material layer from a portion of the FinFET structure. The method further includes depositing a second workfunction material in a layer in a plurality of trenches of the portion and depositing a stress material layer over the second workfunction material layer.

Abstract: According to embodiments, method, systems, and computer program products are provided for a web server transmitting a response to an access request. An access request for a web application program deployed on a web server is received, where a response corresponding to the access request is composed with a script. A test script is transmitted. A response time of the test script is received. The response time includes a time that the test script is executed in a browser of a client and a time that the test script is transferred over a network. Different responses are transmitted to different types of scripts included in the response corresponding to the access request in accordance with the response time of the test script.

Two stopping portions are located on the rear wall. The side plate comprises a side piece. The locking member comprises a resilient portion and two blocking portions located on the resilient portion. The resilient portion is secured to the side piece. Each of the two blocking portions extends through each of the two through holes to engage with each of the two stopping portions. The resilient portion elastically deforms to move the two blocking portions towards each other, to disengage each of the two blocking portions from each of the two stopping portions.

The system includes multi-service servers associated with access points adapted to allow end-user devices to access the service provider network. Each multi-service server includes a common storage partition adapted for storing media content and a plurality of end-user storage partitions adapted for maintaining associations to media content. The system includes media servers that communicate with the multi-service servers for providing media content to the multi-service servers. In response to a request for media content received from one of a plurality of end-user devices, the requested media content stored in the common storage partition is associated with a selected one of the end-user storage partitions associated with the end-user. The request for media content is received in response to end-user directed advertisements received at any of the plurality of end-user devices.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for determining a dwell time in a non-volatile memory circuit after a shutdown of the memory circuit. A voltage shift is calculated by comparing a first read level voltage required to read a test block stored before the shutdown and a second read level voltage required to read a second test block stored after the shutdown. A shutdown time is determined from a look up table indexed by the voltage shift and a number of program/erase cycles. The dwell time is calculated as a function of the drive temperature, a clock, and a block time stamp. Once the dwell time is calculated, a controller calculates a new read level voltage based, in part, on the dwell time and provides one or more programming commands representative of the new read level voltage to the memory circuit to read the memory circuit.

The fixing portion runs through the opening, and the base abuts against an outer surface of the housing with the entrance corresponding to the first opening. The engaging portion is engaged with the fixing portion to fix the holding member to the fixing member in the housing, and the engaging portion abuts against an inner surface of the housing, such that the installation assembly is fixed the housing surrounding the first opening.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for stimulating living body including a light source unit which irradiates an optical signal for generating an electrical signal; a photovoltaic cell unit which generates an electrical signal using a received optical signal; and an electrode unit which stimulates living body using the electrical signal, wherein the photovoltaic cell unit and the electrode unit are implanted in the living body. The apparatus for stimulating living body may be manufactured in a flexible form, so that it may extend the range of choice for site to be implanted for the apparatus. Further, the adoption of the photovoltaic cell unit avoids the need of surgical operation for the change of battery.

Abstract: A method of forming a film is described. The method begins by forming a mixture including a polymer and a plurality of unordered nanomaterial. The film is dried and a plurality of pores is formed within the film. A sensitive film transducer capable of detecting changes in pressure and applied force can be made using this method.

Abstract: Some implementations provide techniques for selecting web pages for inclusion in an index. For example, some implementations apply regularization to select a subset of the crawled web pages for indexing based on link relationships between the crawled web pages, features extracted from the crawled web pages, and user behavior information determined for at least some of the crawled web pages. Further, in some implementations, the user behavior information may be used to sort a training set of crawled web pages into a plurality of labeled groups. The labeled groups may be represented in a directed graph that indicates relative priorities for being selected for indexing.
