The data processing method includes: acquiring a plurality of first analog signals; setting the memristor array, and writing data of a parameter matrix corresponding to the data processing into the memristor array; and inputting the plurality of first analog signals into a plurality of column signal input terminals of the set memristor array, respectively, controlling operation of the memristor array to perform the data processing on the plurality of first analog signals, and obtaining a plurality of second analog signals after performing the data processing at a plurality of row signal output terminals of the memristor array, respectively.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) includes a plurality of first metallization layers on a front side of a circuit layer and a plurality of second metallization layers on a back side of the circuit layer. A semiconductor substrate on the back side of the circuit layer of the IC is thinned to improve access to devices from the back side. The plurality of second metallization layers are employed to provide increased interconnection among the devices without increasing area and may provide increased access to external contacts. Thinning the semiconductor substrate reduces structural rigidity needed for processing, so the IC also includes a stiffening layer on one of the plurality of first metallization layers and the plurality of second metallization layers to increase rigidity and first vias extending through the stiffening layer to couple to first contacts.

A user equipment (UE) may determine a potential for interference to data reception on a second frequency band due to antenna switching associated with transmission of reference signals on a first frequency band. In response to the determination, the UE may select one or more interference mitigation measures based on an operating mode of the UE and one or more UE parameters. An interference mitigation measure may include backing off on a reported value, such as a channel quality indicator (CQI), rank indicator (RI), or reference signal received power (RSRP). The interference mitigation measure may further include skipping reference signal transmission on the first frequency band and the antenna switching associated therewith.
