    Abstract: The present application relates to a polarizing plate having a polarizing film in which a light absorption axis is formed in one in-plane direction; a protective film formed on one side of the polarizing film; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the other side of the polarizing film, where the total thickness is 200 ?m or less, and a ratio of (SPro/SPVA) of a shrinkage force (SPVA) of the polarizing film in the in-plane direction parallel to the light absorption axis direction and a shrinkage force (SPro) of the protective film in the in-plane direction perpendicular to the light absorption axis direction is in a range of 0.1 to 5. The present application can provide a polarizing plate which does not cause cracks or the like while having a thin thickness, does not induce warping or twisting in itself and does not induce the above problems even when applied to a display device such as an LCD or OLED.

    Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of manufacture are described herein. A method includes forming an opening through an interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer to expose a contact etch stop layer (CESL) disposed over a conductive feature in a metallization layer. The opening is formed using photo sensitive materials, lithographic techniques, and a dry etch process that stops on the CESL. Once the CESL is exposed, a CESL breakthrough process is performed to extend the opening through the CESL and expose the conductive feature. The CESL breakthrough process is a flexible process with a high selectivity of the CESL to ILD layer. Once the CESL breakthrough process has been performed, a conductive fill material may be deposited to fill or overfill the opening and is then planarized with the ILD layer to form a contact plug over the conductive feature in an intermediate step of forming a semiconductor device.

The VM file is written in the file's entirety to the snapshot in response to the user modifying the VM file. Based on the user attribute of each snapshot, a set of snapshots is selected from the stack, and the VM is modified by merging the VM files belonging to the set of snapshots selected.

The method includes determining an efficient range and an inefficient range of an efficiency-load curve of a power supply unit (PSU), wherein the efficiency-load curve is acquired by testing the PSU in advance. If neither, then the method includes determining that the preconfigured power source configuration point is a power source configuration point, wherein the power source configuration point is a voltage value at which a standby PSU is switched to a power supply PSU when cold redundancy is configured.
