Abstract: A moving object tracking approach for a quadrupedal robot based on a Siamese network comprises an RNN-based object detector for locating moving objects. The position information of moving objects is sent into a ResNet-based feature extractor. For regressing bounding boxes of a target object, a Siamese adaptive network is employed. Experimental results on several public benchmarks show that this approach achieves excellent VOT performances, e.g., it obtains EAO score by 0.452 points, Accuracy score by 0.592 points, and Robustness score by 0.155 points on public benchmark VOT2018. it is successfully used on a quadrupedal robot, which can accurately track a specific moving object in real-world complicated scenes.

A control circuit is connected to the non-volatile memory cells. The control circuit is configured to independently erase and program sub-blocks of a same block. The control circuit is configured to only allow one sub-block per block to be open at a time.

Abstract: A system is provided for measuring a power radiated pattern of an incident radio frequency (RF) signal indicating spatial distribution characteristics of a device under test (DUT). The system includes multiple antenna elements arranged in an array, where the antenna elements include antennas and diodes coupled to the antennas, respectively. Each antenna has a radar cross-section (RCS) that is too small for the antenna elements to operate in a reflect mode. Each diode is zero biased, such that the diodes receive the incident RF signal through the antennas to which the diodes are respectively coupled, and rectify the incident RF signal to DC voltages that are proportional to power of the incident RF signal, enabling the antenna elements to operate in a detect mode.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates a method for reducing animal weight, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically or prophylactically effective amount of a mulberry extract. The mulberry extract comprises: 3% to 99% of an alkaloid, 0.2% to 70% of a polysaccharide, 0% to 50% of an amino acid, 0% to 10% of flavone, and 0% to 25% of other components. The mulberry extract of the present disclosure can be used for controlling weight gain, and has a good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes with obesity.

The communication module is configured to receive a vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) message including source vehicle data and receive a fusion data message including fusion data from a mobile edge computing (MEC) system including a roadside unit (RSU). The source vehicle data includes a source vehicle location. The fusion data is based on RSU sensed data and on vehicle sensed data received at the RSU from at least one vehicle. The misbehavior detection module is configured to determine whether a source vehicle is disposed at the source vehicle location based on the fusion data. The processor is configured to manage performance of the autonomous vehicle in accordance with the source vehicle data based at least in part on the determination. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a closure driving mechanism and a medical stapler including the same. The closure driving mechanism includes a driving part and a cylinder body, the driving part is connected with a closure pulling sheet of the stapler, and a cavity provided with a one-way valve is formed inside the cylinder body. When the driving part moves toward a distal side of the stapler, a volume of the cavity is decreased, the one-way valve is closed, and the driving part drives the closure pulling sheet to move distally, so as to open a head assembly of the stapler. Since the driving part is subjected to a resistance of compressed air in the cavity, a movement speed of the driving part is decreased, and the head assembly is opened slowly to prevent a force of opening the head assembly being too large to damage surrounding tissues.

Abstract: A preparation method and a product of thermoplastic carbon fiber fabric prepreg are provided. The preparation method includes: covering a thermoplastic polyimide non-woven fabric on a carbon fiber fabric to obtain a laminated structure, pressing the laminated structure, then spraying polyphenylene sulfide nanoparticles onto the thermoplastic polyimide non-woven fabric, and performing a two-stage hot melting preparation process which includes: in a first stage, heating up to make the polyphenylene sulfide nanoparticles be melted and infiltrate and keeping a hot melting time of 5-10 min; and in a second stage, heating up to make the thermoplastic polyimide non-woven fabric be melted and infiltrate into the carbon fiber fabric and cooling down after a duration of heat preservation to prepare the thermoplastic carbon fiber fabric prepreg. The thermoplastic carbon fiber fabric prepreg prepared by the two-stage hot melting has high strength and may be stored for a long period.

For each of the at least one video camera, a subset of video clips is selected from the set of video clips for that video camera based on a comparison of anomaly scores for that video camera, and concatenating the subsets of video clips to generate the set of at least one video file. The method also includes sending a signal to cause display of at least one video file from the set of at least one video file via the requestor compute device.
