Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for configuring a plant assembly station at a vehicle manufacturing plant. Plant sensor data generated by a plant sensor system is received at a plant assembly configuration system. The plant sensor data is associated with a configuration of a first plant assembly station at a vehicle manufacturing plant. A digital twin of the first plant assembly station is generated based in part on the plant sensor data. A determination is made regarding whether the configuration of the first plant assembly station is in accordance with operational regulations based on a simulation-based assessment of the digital twin of the first plant assembly station. An operability status of the configuration of the first plant assembly station is generated based on the determination.

  • Publication number: 20250044794
Abstract: Vehicles may have the capability to navigate according to various levels of autonomous capabilities, the vehicle having a different set of autonomous competencies at each level. In certain situations, the vehicle may shift from one level of autonomous capability to another. The shift may require more or less driving responsibility from a human operator. Sensors inside the vehicle collect human operator parameters to determine an alertness level of the human operator. An alertness level is determined based on the human operator parameters and other data including historical data or human operator-specific data. Notifications are presented to the user based on the determined alertness level that are more or less intrusive based on the alertness level of the human operator and on the urgency of an impending change to autonomous capabilities. Notifications may be tailored to specific human operators based on human operator preference and historical performance.

  • Publication number: 20250044439
Abstract: A system includes a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing machine instructions that cause the processor to perform a first fast Fourier transform (FFT) on received radar data to obtain a range-antenna data array and to perform a second FFT on the range-antenna data array to obtain a range-Doppler-antenna data cube. The processor performs peak detection on the range-Doppler-antenna data cube based on object information to obtain a subset that includes confirmed peaks and candidate peaks. The processor performs angle of arrival calculations for the subset of the range-Doppler-antenna data cube, and filters candidate peaks in the subset to obtain a point cloud representative of an environment. In some implementations, the confirmed peaks are detected based on a default threshold value, the candidate peaks are detected based on at least one adapted threshold value, and the at least one adapted threshold value is determined based on the object information.

  • Publication number: 20250047375
Abstract: Dynamic Transmission Opportunity (TXOP) sharing between overlapping Basic Service Sets (BSSs) in wireless networks. A sharing Access Point (AP) initiates a process by generating and wirelessly transmitting a control frame to allocate its TXOP to a shared AP in an overlapping BSS. Subsequently, the sharing AP receives a return TXOP frame from the shared AP, indicating the return of any unused TXOP portion. The sharing AP then has the flexibility to either resume its own transmissions using the returned TXOP or reallocate it to an alternative AP. Using the techniques in dense wireless networking environments enables efficient spectrum utilization through dynamic TXOP allocation and reclamation. The techniques address challenges of resource management in multi-AP scenarios, improving overall network performance and reducing interference in overlapping coverage areas.
