    Abstract: This application provides a memory training method, a memory controller, a processor, and an electronic device. The memory controller keeps transmission delays of N DQs unchanged, adjusts a transmission delay of a DQS, and determines a maximum DQS transmission delay and/or a minimum DQS transmission delay of the DQS when all data carried in the N DQs is correctly transmitted. The memory controller adjusts the transmission delay of the DQS to a target DQS transmission delay between the maximum DQS transmission delay and the minimum DQS transmission delay. The method helps quickly align relative timing positions between the DQS and the N DQs. Therefore, memory training may be repeatedly performed in a working process of the processor, so that the N DQs keep long enough timing margins.

To account for a number of shoppers available to fulfill orders during different discrete time intervals and numbers of orders for fulfillment during different discrete time intervals, the online concierge system specifies a target rate for orders fulfilled later than a specified discrete time interval and a threshold from the target rate. A trained machine learning model periodically predicts a percentage of orders being fulfilled late, with an order associated with a predicted percentage when the order was received. The online concierge system increases a price of orders associated with predicted percentages greater than the threshold from the target rate. The increased price of an order is determined from a price elasticity curve and the predicted percentage.

    Abstract: A new mutant of D-amino acid transaminase, based on supercomputing-assisted technology, belongs to the fields of computational biology, computer-aided design, and enzyme engineering technology, and specifically relates to mutants of D-amino acid transaminase obtained based on supercomputing-assisted technology and applications thereof. Compared to the wild-type enzyme, the aforementioned mutant of D-amino acid transaminase exhibits a half-life (t1/2) of over 12 hours at 40° C., while it is only 8.8 minutes for the wild-type D-amino acid transaminase. The half-inactivation temperature (T5015) of the mutant is 45.3° C., approximately 5.4° C. higher than that of the wild-type D-amino acid transaminase. This substantially enhances its thermal stability, enzymatic activity, etc., effectively broadening its application fields and scope. The mutant has a wide range of industrial applications and thus holds substantial practical value.
