    Abstract: An active single-ended transmission cable is disclosed. The active single-ended transmission cable allows connection between a first and a second electronic device and comprises a first port, a second port, and a transmission wire. The first or second port is used for receiving or transmitting a differential signal between the first and the second electronic devices, and for converting between a differential signal and a single-ended signal. The transmission wire is used for transmitting the single-ended signal. This allows the conversion between the received or transmitted differential signal at the first and second ports into the single-ended signal so as to allow the transmission of the single-ended signal within the transmission wire.

In one example, a fin-like field effect transistor (FinFET) device includes a substrate, a fin structure disposed on the substrate, a segmented channel region formed in the fin structure, two source/drain (S/D) regions separated by the segmented channel region, and a gate structure wrapping around the segmented channel region. The segmented channel region further includes multiple channel segments sequentially arranged in the segmented channel region, and the multiple channel segments include a first channel segment and a second channel segment. The first channel segment includes a first channel barrier material dispersed therein and has a first energy barrier, and the first energy barrier is at least 0.1 electron volts (eV) in a carrier flow path between the two S/D regions when the FinFET device is not activated for operation.

A structure-specific Generational Adversarial Network (SSGAN) is used to synthesize realistic and structure-preserving images not produced using state-of-the art GANs and simultaneously incorporate constraints to produce synthetic images. A deeply supervised, Multi-modality, Multi-Resolution Residual Networks (DeepMMRRN) for tumor and organs-at-risk (OAR) segmentation may be used for tumor and OAR segmentation. The DeepMMRRN may combine multiple modalities for tumor and OAR segmentation. Accurate segmentation may be realized by maximizing network capacity by simultaneously using features at multiple scales and resolutions and feature selection through deep supervision. DeepMMRRN Radiomics may be used for predicting and longitudinal monitoring response to immunotherapy.
