    Abstract: A stereo camera apparatus including an image capturing device, an optical axis controlling module and a calculating module is provided. The image capturing device is suitable for obtaining a stereo image, and the image capturing device includes a plurality of image capturing units. The optical axis controlling module is coupled to the image capturing device. The calculating module is coupled to the image capturing device and the optical axis controlling module, wherein the calculating module calculates a calibration condition according to the stereo image. The optical axis controlling module adjusts directions of imaging optical axes of the image capturing units. After being adjusted by the optical axis controlling modules, the imaging optical axes of the image capturing units are aligned. Besides, a self-calibration apparatus and a method of calibration are also provided.

The pulse signal generator duplicates a data transmission delay between the data input terminal and the data output terminal of the pulsed latch to obtain a duplicated delay. The pulse signal generator receives a clock signal, and processes the clock signal according to the duplicated delay to generate the pulse signal.

A client who is in need of help posts a request (Goods Wanted or Info Wanted) at a client system, including a detailed description of the request and the fees to be paid. The server system notifies a selected group of registered help providers about the request via email. Other users can search at the client system for any open requests and post responses if desired. The help providers are asked to enter a “guaranteed refund rate” in their response to facilitate transactions involving merchandise. A set of four methods and procedures support the irreversible transaction involving information. The help providers are required to provide their “help credentials”, their response's “projected satisfaction index”, which has an inverse relation to the requester's “minimum pay rate”. The requester is required to sign a “contract”, agreeing to the minimum pay rate prior to viewing each response.

A 1.7Å crystal structure of the hChk1 kinase domain in the active conformation is reported herein. The kinase domain of hChk1 and its associated crystal structure is described for use in the discovery, identification and characterization of inhibitors of hChk1. This structure provides a three-dimensional description of the binding site of the hChk1 for structure-based design of small molecule inhibitors thereof as therapeutic agents. Inhibitors of hChk1 find utility in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders such as HIV and cancer.
