Abstract: A stereo camera apparatus including an image capturing device, an optical axis controlling module and a calculating module is provided. The image capturing device is suitable for obtaining a stereo image, and the image capturing device includes a plurality of image capturing units. The optical axis controlling module is coupled to the image capturing device. The calculating module is coupled to the image capturing device and the optical axis controlling module, wherein the calculating module calculates a calibration condition according to the stereo image. The optical axis controlling module adjusts directions of imaging optical axes of the image capturing units. After being adjusted by the optical axis controlling modules, the imaging optical axes of the image capturing units are aligned. Besides, a self-calibration apparatus and a method of calibration are also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method, device, and system for reporting a channel quality indicator (CQI), applicable in solving the problem in coordinated multipoint transmission technology of the incapability of a network side to execute accurately resource distribution and scheduling due to the incapability of the network side to have accurate knowledge of the interference that a terminal is being subjected to. The method is: on the basis of measurement reference signals transmitted by each device in a measurement collection, the terminal feeding back to a network side device an initial CQI of each device in the measurement collection; on the basis of the initial CQI of each device fed back by the terminal, and of channel matrix reference information fed back by the terminal, the network side device calculating a target CQI of the terminal.

The apparatus includes a resource configuration unit, a resource abstraction unit and a resource sending unit, wherein the resource configuration unit is configured to obtain information of inner-network element transmission resources and to receive a service operation instruction, and to search the resource abstraction unit for an internal path corresponding to the service operation instruction to obtain an operation command for a transmission resource; the resource abstraction unit is configured to perform abstract representation on the information of the transmission resources to obtain internal paths; the resource sending unit is configured to send the operation command for the transmission resource to a corresponding board. A method for managing inner-network element transmission resources is also described.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an image composition system and its method. The system includes: an image capturing unit configured for capturing at least one first image of a real object; a depth information generating unit disposed on the image capturing unit and configured for measuring a depth information between the depth information generating unit and the real object; a computing unit receiving the at least one first image and the depth information, performing the computation of removing a noise caused by a moving object other than the real object from the received depth information, and computing a moving trajectory of the image capturing unit; and a composition unit compositing the at least one first image and a second image of a virtual scene, and display the composited result on a display unit.

Abstract: A pulsed latching apparatus and a method for generating a pulse signal are provided. The pulsed latching apparatus consists of a pulsed latch and a pulse signal generator. A data input terminal of the pulsed latch receives input data, the pulsed latch latches the input data according to a pulse signal, and transmits the latched input data through the data output terminal to serve as output data. The pulse signal generator duplicates a data transmission delay between the data input terminal and the data output terminal of the pulsed latch to obtain a duplicated delay. The pulse signal generator receives a clock signal, and processes the clock signal according to the duplicated delay to generate the pulse signal.

Abstract: A level shifter transfers a first voltage signal to a second voltage signal. The level shifter comprises a comparison circuit, a delay circuit, and a selection circuit. The comparison circuit generates a first signal according to the comparison result between the first voltage signal and the reverse-phase signal of the first voltage signal. The delay circuit generates a second signal according to the first voltage signal. The selection circuit receives the first and the second signals and chooses the higher voltage one from the first signal and the second signal to be the second voltage signal.

A client who is in need of help posts a request (Goods Wanted or Info Wanted) at a client system, including a detailed description of the request and the fees to be paid. The server system notifies a selected group of registered help providers about the request via email. Other users can search at the client system for any open requests and post responses if desired. The help providers are asked to enter a “guaranteed refund rate” in their response to facilitate transactions involving merchandise. A set of four methods and procedures support the irreversible transaction involving information. The help providers are required to provide their “help credentials”, their response's “projected satisfaction index”, which has an inverse relation to the requester's “minimum pay rate”. The requester is required to sign a “contract”, agreeing to the minimum pay rate prior to viewing each response.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the identification, isolation and purification of the catalytic domain of the human effector checkpoint protein kinase (hChk1). A 1.7Å crystal structure of the hChk1 kinase domain in the active conformation is reported herein. The kinase domain of hChk1 and its associated crystal structure is described for use in the discovery, identification and characterization of inhibitors of hChk1. This structure provides a three-dimensional description of the binding site of the hChk1 for structure-based design of small molecule inhibitors thereof as therapeutic agents. Inhibitors of hChk1 find utility in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders such as HIV and cancer.
