  • Publication number: 20070270049
Abstract: A method for forming electrical contacts on an electrical connector having terminals therein includes the steps of preparing a screening board on top of the electrical connector to allow each mesh to align with a center of a top face of each of the terminals of the electrical connector, the screening board having meshes defined therein. Tin paste is applied onto the screening board to allow the tin paste to fill in each of the meshes. Excessive tin paste is removed from the screen board. Then the screening board is removed to leave tin blocks on the centers of the top faces of the terminals of the electrical connector. A heating step is processed to heat the electrical connector. Then electrical contacts are formed on the top faces of the terminals of the electrical connector.

  • Publication number: 20030140756
Abstract: A Venetian blind cutting machine comprises a machine base. At least two molds are disposed at the machine base in different height levels. Each of the molds has at least one receiving hole for receiving raw material therein. At least one cutter slidably is disposed at one side of the molds. The traveling distance of the cutter can cross the receiving holes of the molds. A cutter driving assembly is disposed at the machine base for driving the cutter traveling, and a work table is disposed at one side of the machine base, which has seats thereon corresponding to the molds respectively for putting the raw materials thereon.

  • Patent number: 5878911
Abstract: A solder-ball supplying apparatus for a ball-grid array (BGA) IC packaging process is provided, which can supply solder balls of diameters from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm at a preset amount to a solder-ball implanting machine. The solder-ball supplying apparatus is fully automated, in which vacuum means is used to suck out a preset amount of solder balls from a storage tank that are to be supplied. Rotary pneumatic cylinder means in conjunction with valve means are used to control the conveyance of the solder balls to the container. This solder-ball supplying apparatus can supply solder balls fast and in a non-contact manner that can prevent damage to the solder balls being supplied. It is fully automated so that manual labor is reduced and the quality of the solder balls being supplied can be assured.

  • Patent number: 5391026
Abstract: An improvement of spindle for vertical-horizontal machine tools, comprising a built-in motor type spindle, a rotating shaft, a drive device, and a locating-device, wherein the spindle is mounted on the machine tools by means of the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft maintains a 45.degree. incline toward the horizontal and vertical datum lines of the machine tools and is rotably driven by drive device to lead the spindle to change into vertical or horizontal manner; the locating device is provided for ensuring the spindle in accurate position. The characteristics of the invention are that the spindle mandrel is directly driven by a built-in motor within the spindle head; and the rotating shaft is defined to contain a hollow manner therein for the spindle pipelines and power cables to pass through its center.
