    Abstract: A seafloor observation network-based subsurface buoy device with real-time power supplying and high-speed data transmitting is provided. The subsurface buoy device includes a seabed base deployed on the seafloor and a vertical mooring system connected to a bottom surface of the seabed base to extend to the sea surface. The seabed base serves as a gravity anchor to enable the subsurface buoy device to be positioned stably at a layout site, and is further used for obtaining power supply of the subsurface buoy device from a junction box of a seafloor observation network. The seabed base also sends the management and control commands from the junction box to the vertical mooring system, and transmits the data collected by the vertical mooring system back to the junction box in real time.

The method includes the steps of: transmitting a plurality of streams for each channel broadcast, wherein each stream is at a different bitrate and is segmentable into chunks; receiving the plurality of streams for one or more channels at the STB; and storing a plurality of segmentable chunk durations for each of the plurality of streams for each channel received. In some embodiments, HLS is packaged as MPEG transport without a manifest file, and a set top box (STB) caches HLS chunks for at least the consumer's most viewed channels, reducing acquisition time of those HLS streams. The STB reconstitutes the HLS playlist and chunks for delivery throughout the home.

A floating plate is automatically leveled by using a leveling liquid, and during leveling, only a water driving assembly needs to be controlled to drive a housing to be close to an inner bottom surface of a liquid storage groove, and a sliding block assembly and a lifting guide mechanism are controlled to be locked and fixed after the floating plate is leveled. The present disclosure provides use of ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes from Zizania latifolia in increasing an anthocyanidin content of a rice seed, where the ZlMYB1 gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1; and the ZlMYB2 gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2. In the present disclosure, the ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes can be effectively overexpressed in rice. When a growth environment is consistent with that of a control plant, rice seeds from a rice plant overexpressing the ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes turn black and have a significantly increased anthocyanidin content compared with those from the control plant.
